Eight service lines including commercial, which is a wide range for a company this young: new pool construction, renovation, repairs, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, water features, outdoor living and commercial pools. Worth asking how much of that is handled in-house rather than subcontracted. Twenty-four finished projects are on show, and this is the strongest thing here by a distance — with almost no public feedback, the pictures and a site visit are most of what there is to judge them by, and twenty-four is a proper set rather than a token gallery.

They publish no pages for individual towns, so their range is a question to ask rather than something the site answers — Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach and southern Palm Beach County are the reasonable assumption. One number is published, on a Broward area code rather than a local Palm Beach one, along with one email address. No opening hours appear on the site, so there is no telling when a call gets answered.

Four reviews is not a reputation, and setting it against the 4.52 Florida average would mislead you — on four reviews the number tells you almost nothing. That is not evidence of a problem, and it is a long way from evidence of competence. The ordinary checks carry the whole load here: visit a completed pool, ask who the crew are and how long they have worked together, get the warranty and the payment stages in writing, and tie payments to work completed rather than to dates.
