There is a discrepancy on the record worth putting first. Their Florida contractor license, CPC1461121, was issued in July 2025 and their domain was registered the following month — about a year on both counts. But one customer writes that they have used Elegance Pools for all their pool needs for years, which does not fit a one-year-old company. The likeliest reading is a team that traded under a different entity before this one, which is ordinary. It is also exactly the question to ask them: how long has this team been building, and what was the business called before?

They publish nineteen project photographs, which for a company a year old is a genuine portfolio and the most useful thing on the site. Coconut Creek, in northern Broward. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented town-by-town service area — Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Margate, Parkland, Deerfield Beach and the northern Broward area is the sensible reading. Worth noting though: the page they most recently worked on is a category page aimed at pool builders in Miami, so they are evidently marketing into Miami-Dade as well. If you are down there, ask whether they actually travel and what that does to the schedule. There was activity on the site last week.

Nine reviews is a very small sample and we will treat it as such: one theme clears our reporting floor, with four customers naming their professionalism, and that is all the record can honestly support. What the individual accounts add is a consistent emphasis on the first meeting and on being kept clear — one describes them as professional, attentive and clear in communication from the first meeting onward, and another describes a complete renovation and upgrade covering the pool, the patio area and the walkways as one coordinated job. That second one is the more useful, because coordinating pool and hardscaping together is where jobs usually fall apart between trades. There is no complaint theme and no negative review of any kind. The cautions are all about how little there is to go on rather than anything wrong: a license one year old, nine reviews, no published warranty terms, and a customer's reference to years of service that the license date cannot support. None of that is a red flag; all of it is a reason to ask direct questions.
