Endless Summer Pools of Florida – Five-Star Experience Out of all the pool contractors in South Florida, we chose Endless Summer Pools because they immediately stood out for their professionalism, modern design approach, and clear communication from the very first conversation. The ability to see a fully digitized rendering of our pool before construction even began made the entire process feel thoughtful, transparent, and easy to visualize—something other companies simply didn’t offer at the same level. Before starting the project, our biggest concerns were the usual ones you hear about with pool builds: delays, miscommunication, feeling like just another job, or hitting unexpected bumps along the way. Those concerns never materialized. Communication is truly where Endless Summer shines. Every week or two, we received clear updates on the project’s status, which made a huge difference. We always felt informed, prioritized, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. The end result exceeded our expectations. The pool came out absolutely gorgeous, with clean lines and modern materials that elevate our entire outdoor space. Just as important as the final product was the experience itself—it was smooth, organized, and surprisingly stress-free. Any questions or minor issues that came up were handled efficiently and professionally. Christin and Logan clearly know exactly what they’re doing and are focused on resolving things quickly and the right way. Carson and Mary were also people I spoke with often, and their personable, attentive nature made the process even better. I always felt heard, respected, and supported. If you’re considering working with Endless Summer Pools of Florida, I would tell you without hesitation that they are worth it. From design to execution to communication, they stand out among any vendor we’ve ever worked with. Overall, this was one of the best contractor experiences we’ve had. I would highly recommend Endless Summer Pools to anyone looking for a high-quality, modern pool and a team that truly delivers on both craftsmanship and service.
Our pool was built by this company in 2019. They told us about lifetime warranty. Everything went good and we gave them 5 stars google review. However, as time goes by, the problems were starting to come out. Just over a year, one of our LED lights started to turn dim and the colors were no longer complete . We noted a white stuff building up inside the lens of the light that was blocking the light from coming out. We called the company but they said it’s no longer under warranty. Then few months after that we noticed the same thing, some white stuff we’re building up inside the light and blocking the lights. Just imagine someone’s eyes with cataract. Then some white stuffs were coming out from the side of the bulb. We called the company and they did not even bother sending someone to check the problem. We managed to ask another company to check on the problem. Whoever was the subcontractor that they hired placed some sort of glue to both LED lights. The persons who came to fix our light said they placed silicon to glue the light in the pool. Just take a look on the pictures of the mess that they created. We don’t even know if the company knows that that they were putting silicon glue to hold the lights. The workers who came to replace our LED had a hard time taking out the old ones because everything was glued. The lights have to be taken out in pieces. However, the workers were worried that they might break the pipe so they are planning to dig the side of the pool and replace the PVC pipe that endless summer pool used. Endless summer pool actually used a smaller PVC size and the wall fitting is too big for the original PVC that were placed in our pool. And also, part of our pool pavers are also sinking and endless summer pools said that it’s no longer under warranty. Our advice, do not trust this company. They hire CHEAP subcontractors and we don’t even know if this company knows the mess their subcontractors did to our pool. We took out our original 5 star google review. If there is 0 star, will give them 0. BEWARE of this company if you don’t want to deal with the same problem that we are facing now.
We signed the purchase agreement on our new home, a year before it was built. At that time, we started looking for a contractor to build our Dream Pool. We selected Endless Summer Pools because of their reputation in our development, and after meeting with their designers at the showroom. Since we had time on our hand, we worked with Endless Summer Pools on improving the design. We wanted a pool as large as permissible, which would include: a swimming lane, a SPA area, a sun shelf and convenient access. Endless Summer Pools really understood our dream and set out to help us achieve it. Multiple times, they came back with more suggestions to improve the design. They made us feel like we are their most important customer. Their creative suggestions went well beyond just the pool itself, extending to the entire backyard. They had ideas that we did not consider before – making our pool and our pool deck feel like a resort. Since we have a corner lot, our neighbors can stop and admire our creations. We get positive comments almost every day. The company is family owned and throughout the process, they made us feel part of the family too. A word about execution: first, Endless Summer Pools made helpful suggestions on how to go about permitting and HOA approval submission. Our paperwork sailed through and we got approved without a hitch. The showroom has ample samples to help with option selection. The digital design tools, including 3D rendering made it all come alive on the screen and on paper. Throughout the construction process, we received regular emails and text messages at every stage so we knew what to anticipate. The principals were on site almost every day and the work proceeded smoothly with minimum damage to the surrounding area. We recommend Endless Summer Pools wholeheartedly. The collaborative design, smooth communications and careful execution made our dream come true. THANK YOU Endless Summer Pools! Noam and Shari
I have been trying to reach someone to come out and take a look at my pool. When it was installed by you guys, I was told no matter what the problem to contact you and it would be taken care of with a lifetime warranty. It has been a month and I cannot even get someone here to see the solution for my pool that is less than 2 years old. I have contacted the main number along with Tommy’s number on multiple occasions.
Endless Summer Pools did an absolutely incredible job for our family! We first connected with Tommy to discuss what we wanted to accomplish, then moved to the next phase and worked with Carli on designing our dream pool, then we signed the contract and were off and clearly felt in great hands. The level of professionalism from each person at this company is astounding! The care, attention, follow up and quality could not have been any better from start to finish. After excavation, gunite, and flooring, the tile install was next up and headed by their specialist, Bruno. His eye for detail made it appear like it was his pool being completed. If he wasn’t happy with an area, he would see to it that it was made right before I even had a chance to correct it. Carson was yet another key person to us. He acted as our daily liaison at the office letting us know every morning what was being done and when; we were never in the dark and without questions. Lastly, Tommy’s brother and partner, Ross, would visit our house constantly to ensure the work was being done to his satisfaction and that we were without stress. This is how it was the entire time….. not a hiccup ever. We can’t imagine a company doing any better of a job, it’s just not possible in our opinion. Thank you Ross, Tommy, Bruno, Carli, Carson and the entire ESP family for making our back yard beyond what we could ever of imagined. To say we recommend them for anyone searching for a company to handle their pool project would be a massive understatement.
One of their drivers claiming to be the "owner" drives like he needs to lose his license. Wouldn't recommend. He threw cigarettes out the window and obstructed traffic while playing on his phone.

Endless Summer Pools of Florida: eleven customers name its build quality, and two report a verbal warranty that was never honoured. Get it in writing.
Endless Summer Pools of Florida works from Wallace Drive in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County. Their Florida contractor license, CPC1458674, was issued in April 2015 and is current — eleven years of unbroken certification. Their current domain dates from 2021, so the website is newer than the business. They make one marketing claim, that they are number one, which is not a position anyone can hold on the record. What they do have instead is the most emphatic praise for build quality of anyone on this list, which is a better argument than the slogan.
A deliberately short list: new pool construction, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living work. No repairs, no ongoing service line. From an eleven-year license holder that reads as specialisation — they build pools rather than maintain them — and the review record backs that reading, because the praise is overwhelmingly about finished work. It also means that if your job is a repair or a service contract, they may not be the firm for it, and the accounts below suggest asking about after-care specifically. They publish nineteen project photographs across their project pages, and no opening hours.
Delray Beach and the surrounding Palm Beach County coast. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented town-by-town service area — Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton and the nearby coast is the sensible reading, and anything further worth confirming by phone. One customer describes signing for a new-build home a year before it was finished and starting the search for a pool contractor then, which is a useful signal about the kind of project they take: planned well in advance rather than urgent. The most recent activity on their site shows in December, so the website is not where their effort goes.
Google has them at 4.5 from 58 reviews, level with the 4.52 Florida average — but the average undersells what is here. Eleven separate customers name the quality of what was built, and ten name their professionalism. Eleven reviewers independently naming build quality on a sample of 58 is the strongest single signal of its kind on this entire list: it means roughly one customer in five volunteered that the pool itself was good, which is not a thing you can arrange. Three more name their help with the design. On the work, then, the record is excellent. What pulls the average back to the middle is what happens afterwards, and two separate customers describe the same thing, which clears our floor for a pattern. Both concern a warranty. One says they were told about a lifetime warranty, gave the company five stars at the time, and then found problems emerging later. The other says they were told to contact the company whatever the problem and have since been unable to get anyone to come and look at their pool. Note that no warranty appears anywhere in their own marketing — so what these customers describe is a promise made in conversation, not one published. That is the specific, actionable thing on this page: get the warranty in writing before you sign, with the term, what it covers, and who to call. Do that and you are buying from a builder whose finished work eleven separate customers went out of their way to praise.

Answered from this record — not by the business.
Google has them at 4.5 from 58 reviews, level with the 4.52 Florida average. Eleven separate customers name the quality of what was built and ten name their professionalism — eleven reviewers volunteering build quality on 58 reviews is the strongest signal of its kind on this list. Three more praise their design help.
The after-care. Two separate customers describe being told about a warranty and then struggling to get it honoured — one was told about a lifetime warranty and saw problems emerge later, the other cannot get anyone to come and look at their pool. Two reviewers on the same problem is our floor for calling it a pattern.
Nothing is published. No warranty appears anywhere in their own marketing, yet two customers say they were told about one — including a lifetime warranty — in conversation. A verbal promise is worth nothing later. Get the term, the cover and the callout obligation in writing before you sign; that single step removes the main risk on this page.
Probably not. Their listed work is new construction, spas, water features and outdoor living — there is no repair or service line at all, and the two least happy accounts are both about getting them back after a build. If you need ongoing maintenance, plan on a different firm for it.
They are in Delray Beach and publish no pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area — Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton and the nearby Palm Beach County coast is the sensible reading. They publish no opening hours either, so phone before travelling.
