We had a fantastic experience with Fort Pools! Without getting into the specifics of cost or quality, we can confidently say that both were excellent. However, what truly blew us away was the speed at which they built our pool. They initially estimated about 3 months for completion, but to our surprise, they finished it in just 2 months! The entire process was smooth and easy, thanks to their flexibility and professionalism. From start to finish, they were incredibly approachable and friendly. We had the pleasure of getting to know Max (father), Max (son), Sayonara, Pedro and the remaining crew. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high standards with a personal touch. Highly recommend!

i used fort pools for a massive back yard pool renovation. it looks nice but within 14 months the pool pump is broke. we found plastic chunks in the pool return indicating that the filters are not working properly and the installation work was shoddy. fort pools response? "it's been more than a year". they wouldn't even return our call, we got this in a text. they sold themselves as a family business and did a poor installation resulting in a broken pump. they do not stand behind their work and they will leave you hanging. find someone else for your renovation. terrible company. update: since fort pools responded i will respond again. i am not upset about how long it took to return our call. you never called. you texted. think twice before using for pools. they do not stand behind their work. they wouldn't even send someone to come take a look or investigate the warranty on the pump they sourced,

I cannot recommend this company enough! The quality of work is truly five star. Along the process of Pool construction, several friends of mine, who are general contractors for large companies were shocked at the quality of work that was being done…they said you never see quality like this anymore. Max and his father We’re part of the process every step of the way. I am a first time home owner and first time installing a pool and they made the experience stress-free. If You are looking for a pool company don’t walk, run to Forte pools; it has been the best decision I made since buying a home! I am thrilled with the outcome, quality, and service. There were no problems or snags along the way. All employees were polite, and professional and talented. I LOVE THE POOL and I am so happy I chose Forte for my pool. I DO NOT HAVE ONE COMPLAINT…. We are very happy to have remodeled our pool with Fort Pools! The company is very helpful, attentive and very responsible, we closed the contract and then made several changes and all were made successfully. It had been a while since we found such a serious and responsible company to work for, all our requirements were met and all the company's employees did everything without complaining at all, it was excellent! They also fixed several existing problems that my pool had. We had our first house party this weekend and we have already recommended two people who were delighted with the renovation. If you are looking for a serious and responsible company, work with them for your new pool or remodeling! Thx Max for everything !
