The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I also used Highlands Pool earlier this year. The owner Ronnie was great to deal with and the job went flawlessly! Extremely organized. Puts you on his schedule and once he starts it goes amazingly fast. Day one they drop off the fiberglass pool and equipment, the next morning they excavate first thing in the morning, place pool and it actually is filled that day. The following day they are hooking up filtration, leveling your lot back out and forming for the concrete deck. Electrician arrives to do the required needed work. Highlands Pool arranged to have the required inspections and permits needed thru this process. The following days deck is poured and painted followed by the cage being built. Job was completed in just over a week. While deciding which pool to purchase he actually took us to past clients homes to show us the pools we were choosing between which was really helpful versus just looking at a brochure. Service, quality of work, communication and his crew (mostly family) was exceptional.
When Highland Pools realized I was getting competing bids they said they were not interested in bidding. Take that how you will. I would have loved to get a quote because I was leaning towards a fiberglass pool.
When we were looking for pool options Highlands Pools came to the house and gave an estimate on the spot. We didn’t have to play email tag which was a great thing. Ronnie and crew were great to deal with very little yard mess. We did a Fiberglass pool hot tub combo which was able to fit in our limited yard space and very pleased with the outcome. The best part was with a deposit down to set a date you pay in increments as the pool is being completed. It’s always great to deal locally thank you again George and Todd
I am very pleased with our new pool. We purchased a small pool with a integral hot tub for my wife's physical therapy. The smile on her face is everything. Perfect colors of the pool and concrete deck. Salt system, heated and cooled everything we desired. Quick installation and at a price that I could afford. Mr. Ronnie Brown is a pleasure to work with and was very helpful with all of my never owned a pool before questions. I highly recommend Highlands Pools for anyone interested in having their dreams come true.
I'm not one to write reviews, however Highlands Pools is beyond the best! Ronnie and his entire crew were absolutely amazing! From the very start to the end! There are no words with how satisfied we are with the entire project! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ronnie! You did an amazing job and we're loving every minute of our new pool! If there was ten stars, you'd get them all! And deservedly so! Thanks!!!
If I could give 100 stars to Ronnie and crew I would. He is a honest, polite, knowledgeable, prompt man, who stands by his word. I am amazed at the hardworking, professional, crew he has. Chase, Chance, Tim, and Josh are the kindest, polite, knowledgeable, helpful guys who not only do excellent work, they keep the worksite clean. Fantastic job with the installation. Not only did they stick to their schedule they arrived early. Chance and Chase are very blessed to get soo much knowledge from Ronnie. Highly recommend Highlands pools. Pool is beautiful. This is the place to go if you need a fiberglass pool in Highlands county.
