Our experience with Kismet Pools was absolutely first-class from start to finish. Over the past 25 years, I’ve remodeled my entire home inside and out, and it’s rare to come across a company that delivers this level of workmanship, communication, and customer service throughout the entire 8 week project This was no small project — we were dealing with a cracked, sinking patio, invasive tree roots pushing through the coping and skimmer, water leaks, a fountain that needed attention, and a full resurfacing. Plus I found out they could install artificial turf as well and did an amazing jo. The transformation is incredible — the before-and-after photos say it all. It’s rare these days to find a contractor in any industry who takes the time to do the job right, and Craig and his team at Kismet Pools absolutely did. Thank you also to the many neighbors who recommended them — your advice was spot on. I highly recommend Kismet Pools!
The office was very difficult to work with and rude. They increased their prices like 4 times in one year. Was happy with the company before they bought out the company that did our pool before.
I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews but the service level and attention to detail from Kismet is exceptional. Recently bought my first house with a pool and had Kismet come out to give me quotes for various improvements that needed to be done and a pool heater. Within 10 minutes of meeting Craig I could tell he was an expert and incredibly knowledgeable. They installed the pool heater today and it's working perfectly. They also fixed some plumbing and valve issues the pool had that I was unaware of. It's made a big difference in the performance of my pool. I can't recommend Craig and Kismet Pools highly enough! I got Incredibly lucky they were the first company I called to come out. I was so impressed with them initially I didn't bother to call any other companies! Moving forward, Kismet will be the only company I use to work on my pool and pool deck!
Find another pool service. Very difficult to get in contact with and tell you one price and charge another.

I'm the crazy chick used to landscape the front, before the owner moved back in, 2 years ago... yeah, that's me. At this home, there's a huge Circa 1960's commercial size pool in the yard. :) I landscape like crazy, take good care of the place... The owner lives in Michigan. She's nice. Not very familiar with this area, the ins and outs of 'getting stuff done' in SE Florida. Read between the lines. She (used to) rely a great deal on web sites like home advisor, etc... over the passed 2 years, there has been an endless parade of contractors, pool companies, coming out to assess the 'imaginary leak' (It's NOT the damn skimmer, I tell you) giving quotes, half assed 'solutions'... it got to the point that I quit going out to meet them. I've heard everything from 50k total redo in fiberglass down to $2500 quickie fix. I came across Kismet's card one day, figured I'd give it one last shot. The man came out a couple days later, assessed, demonstrated intelligence and KNOWLEDGE, offered the owner a very reasonable quote and timeline. He and his crew were on the job when they said they would be, finished early, and didn't charge for 'surprises'. Good, honest work, done quickly and right! The leak?! Only a 4 foot humongous crack along the whole side of the pool. Could stick a broom handle through it. Not any more! Fixed, PROPERLY. No doubt in my mind, who we'll hire when it's time to build our own. Thanks again, Craig! Roxane, Michael and Joanne.
