Les Wade Pools did an absolutely amazing job on our entire pool project from start to finish. The inground pool design turned out even better than we imagined. They really listened to what we wanted and created a layout that fits our space perfectly and looks beautiful. The surrounding paver lanai area is stunning and along with the beautiful pool, incredible screen surround the whole backyard has a five star resort-style feel. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and everything was installed with great attention to detail. Doug, who came out to give us our quote and plans, suggested going with a dome style screen to create a larger open feel to this area. We can't thank him enough for that idea! It is beyond what we expected in style and function- it looks amazing, makes the whole area feel wide and expansive and really completes the entire outdoor area. We get so many "wow" compliments from neighbors. It is very impressive! And the quality of the material and work is top level! The entire team was nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They communicated well, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was done right. Les Wade Pools is a family run business that's been in Citrus County for over three decades. You can tell they take pride in their work and have unmatched knowledge on pool building and construction. Owners Mr. Wade, Mrs. Wade, their son Hunter and their ground excavation expert Doug were always courteous, answered all calls and emails promptly. Every single call was and continues to be returned immediately if they were not picked up right away. They answer every question with care, expertise and immediate action when needed. Mr. Wade visited the job site regularly and it was clear he demanded top level craftsmanship and professionalism from all contractors that were involved in the different steps of the project. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend Les Wade Pools to anyone looking to build or upgrade their pool and outdoor living space. Our backyard has truly been transformed! Wish my Les Wade pool wasn't leaking,Every 3-4 days I have to put water in the pool Please fix my pool.

Les Wade Pool built us a beautiful pool. I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism. Before taking on this project I did my homework gathering bids. Only Les Wade Pool had an excellent Better Business Bureau Rating. While all the other three bidders didn’t. After working with Les and his team I know why they are so highly rated. Les quickly responded to all of my calls and messages. His crew does excellent work! They used the best products and the equipment they installed is today’s best. If you’re thinking of building a pool you may find cheaper contractors but beware. If you want a great pool without the headaches of building one call Les.

The plumbing work “completed” is horrible. The pump would loose suction and I was told it was because the oup was 3 feet off the ground. I told him it’s because there was a leak. They installed a garden hose valve to primp the pump. Turns out that did not work and the leak was before the pump. A piece of tape sealed the leak to show proof. The younger guy say he has never had a leak- hard to believe (see photos). The pipe was cut with a saw and the burrs were not cleaned off and glued into the fittings. Other plumbers and guest have noticed this poor job and asked who did it so they don’t hire them. There is still a leak and he says he can’t fix it.

I have dealt with many pool companies in my lifetime and never have I had one that is this amazing! They do everything they say they are going to do, they show up when they say they will, they text you right back, they are very professional and friendly. All of their employees are very nice and they go above and beyond to get you what you want. My pool was done in 2 weeks from start to finish without one single problem. I am so impressed with them that I will refer them to anyone that asks. Thank you Les Wade Pools for making our experience so easy and enjoyable and problem free! A 5 star company all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reviewing my estimate experience, my call was answered and not transferred through to an electronic phone tree nor ending up in a voicemail which was refreshing for a change. Tyler was amazing and took his time assessing what was going on with my pool and making recommendations for remedying the issue. The quote was spot on and I am very impressed with my experience so far with Les Wade Interior Pool Service - will be moving forward with re-surfacing the pool after the holidays and will review again after completion.
