From the first meeting, Junior, really listened to what we wanted (modern look, saltwater system, sun shelf, LED lighting) and came back with a 3D design that blew us away. Pricing was transparent—no surprise fees at the end, which seems rare these days. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept the site surprisingly clean. Our project manager Junior was on-site almost daily and answered texts within minutes any time we had questions. They hit a couple of minor delays because of rain, but they communicated everything upfront and still finished a full week ahead of the original schedule. The quality is outstanding. The tile and coping work is flawless, plumbing and electrical passed inspection first try, and the plaster finish looks even better than the samples. We’ve already had neighbors stop by asking who built it. If you’re shopping around for pool builders in [your area], do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from Mass Pool.
