We have had a home pool for maybe fifty years. After I gave up trying to maintain it myself, we engaged a pool service company. Molinari Pools is the best pool service company we have ever had! You can go cheaper but you get crummier service. Their technicians are exceptional and extremely easy to work with.

Just interviewed them they were not taking new customers and quoted me a price that was much higher than I am currently paying. Ended up using another company who now does 10 other homes in our neighborhood The company we are currently using is awesome and everyone likes them. Not sure who took my call they never did anything with my pool or anything negative. They just were never willing to compete or expand business model to work with a growing neighborhood that at the time had limited potential. The people who currently use them have no complaints. I wish them success that’s why I provided this feedback that I hope they find valuable if they are interested in growing the business model. .

When our pool area was first designed by Warren McCormick, he recommended Molinari, saying, “Use these guys for at least the first year. They may cost a bit more, but it will be worth it.” He was absolutely right. Now, ten years later, I can say without hesitation that the investment has truly paid off. Molinari has provided caring, attentive service year after year, always maintaining our pool with professionalism and reliability. Most recently, we faced an issue caused by faulty tiles installed by another company. The owner of Molinari personally took the time to help us navigate a complicated situation and find the best solution. Thanks to their dedication, the problem is fully resolved—and our pool looks even better than it did before. We are deeply grateful for their commitment, expertise, and genuine care over the years.

The WORST renovation experience of my life. Spent 250,000 for a terrible experience. I have thought about legal action but haven't taken it yet. One example: after you left, I had to redo my entire front yard landscaping for 11K. Space here does not allow a full accounting of the mistakes, missteps, and hollow promises made by your "team".

Previously with Blue Dolphin, with problems after problems, constantly quitting staff. Switched to Molinari, and our team has been solid ever since. In South Vero Beach, Molinari is hands-down very professional, they have a great electronic payment system. Our pool is cleaned on schedule every week. We get a digital report, up-to-date real photo, email every week. We don't have to worry our team members aren't going to show up. Switching to Milinary Pools for our cleaning, and maintenance has been so easy. We purchase our replacement filters through our team. Additionally, if our cleaner notices something is wrong or off, we get a prompt alert and a maintenance or repair technician is able to come out quickly within a couple days. I cannot recommend Molinari highly enough.

After dealing with several other pool companies we were fortunate enough to locate Molinari through the recommendation of one of our neighbors. It was such a pleasure to work with a business that believes in responsive communication, quality workmanship, timeliness, attentiveness and professionalism. In addition Molinari’s showroom was absolutely beautiful. Everyone we worked with from the moment we walked in until completion of the job was helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and responsive to our needs. They are a perfect example of how to do business ! We will definitely enlist their services and expertise in the future. Bob Matuszak Vero Beach, Florida

About Molinari Pools LLC

Learn everything about Molinari Pools of Vero Beach — their reviews, license CPC1460387, and what customers report! FloridaPoolz.

Who they are

Molinari Pools works from 54th Avenue in Vero Beach, Indian River County, on Florida pool contractor license CPC1460387 — current since October 2023, behind a domain registered in 2011. They build new residential and commercial pools and handle renovation, repair, servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living. 24 project photographs are published, and their site carries community event listings, which is not something most contractors bother with.

What the reviews say

Google has them at 4.8 from 215 reviews — the largest review record on this directory, and close to three tenths above the Florida average of 4.52 across 346 builders. A score that high on a sample that large is the strongest statistical position here: 215 people is well past the point where a run of luck explains anything.

Five reviewers name their professionalism and three their communication. The fullest positive account comes second-hand, from a customer whose designer recommended Molinari to them by name.

Two reviews out of 215 are strongly negative, and one is severe: a customer describes spending $250,000 on what they call the worst renovation experience of their life, and says they have considered legal action without taking it. The other is a quoting complaint — told the company was not taking new customers and given a price well above what they were already paying.

Two accounts against 213 is not a pattern, and the first is severe enough to be worth reading anyway. Large renovations are where the money and the disappointment both concentrate.

What they build

New residential and commercial pools, renovation, repair, routine servicing, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living, from Vero Beach. Their site lists five different phone numbers, several with out-of-state area codes; ask which one is the office before relying on any of them.

Before you sign

If your job is a large renovation, treat the one severe review as a checklist rather than a verdict. Get the scope written to the item, with an allowance named for what is found once the old surface comes off. Tie payments to inspected stages and hold the last one until snagging is signed off. Ask for two renovation customers at a similar value and call them. For a straightforward new build the record here is as strong as any on this list. Ask which of the phone numbers reaches the office, and ask for the insurance certificate.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Is Molinari Pools licensed in Florida?

Yes. Florida pool contractor license CPC1460387 has been current since October 2023, and the domain dates from 2011. Ask for the insurance certificate separately.

How does their rating compare with other Florida builders?

4.8 from 215 Google reviews — the largest review record on this directory — against a Florida average of 4.52 across 346 builders. On a sample that size the score is about as dependable as a rating gets.

What does the worst review say?

A customer describes spending $250,000 on what they call the worst renovation experience of their life, and says they considered legal action without pursuing it. It is one account among 215, and it is severe enough to read before commissioning a large renovation.

What should I do about that?

For a big renovation: scope written to the item, an allowance named for what is found under the old surface, payments tied to inspected stages, the last payment held until snagging is signed off, and two reference calls to customers at a similar value.

Why are there five phone numbers?

Their site lists five, several with out-of-state area codes. Ask which one reaches the office before relying on any of them.
