A Great pool built by GREAT PEOPLE! My wife and I just completed POOL SCHOOL and this was the best pool building experience we could imagine. The pool and decking came out great I’ve attached a pic so you can see for yourself. After the design and permits were approved the building of the pool went very quickly and the workers couldn’t have been better. I want to really stress how professional and hard working these craftsmen are that built out pool. Robert the Project Director directs the different crews like a skilled Maestro of pool building. Jimmy and Jimmy ( there’s two) get right to it and get things done and are professional and friendly while they are at it. Travis was great at the finer points of programming the pool automation and making it easy for us to understand. We moved here from Las Cruces and had just built a pool there in the last few years. Natural springs Pools raised the bar on what to expect when building a pool. From the beginning with Glen our pool designer , to Robert, the Jimmys and Travis and all the others that made this pool a reality . If we ever need a pool in the Tampa St Petersburg area we will ABSOLUTELY use them again and I recommend you do too.
Did a good job of building my pool. Unfortunately we have had a few warranty issues (not a big deal, these things happen). My issue is with the warranty department. They have known about one of my problems for about two months now and they never communicate what is going on. I have had to call three times for updates and they never have a real update, just that they have to reach out to the rep to find out what is going on. Then weeks go by and nothing back and then the same process again. They were supposed to get back to me last week and of course nothing. Feels like you are no longer important once you have paid the final bill.
Updating my review because Natural Springs completely turned the situation around, and I believe credit should absolutely be given when a company steps up and makes things right. I want to give a huge shoutout to Robert, the construction manager. Robert was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting everything resolved the right way. Once he became involved, communication improved tremendously and we finally felt like our concerns were being taken seriously. He stayed on top of the process, followed through on commitments, and made sure the outstanding issues were corrected. That level of accountability goes a long way, especially on a major project like building a pool. No construction project is ever perfect, but what matters most is how a company responds when challenges come up — and Natural Springs ultimately stood behind their work and delivered. Thank you again to Robert and the team for making things right and restoring our confidence in the project.
Hi. My previous review miraculously disappeared so Will listed again. Pool promised to be ready 3 months from excavation. They didn’t show up for 3 months at all. Excavation and concrete shell it was the only thing done good. Anything else disaster in nice words. Pluming done very unprofessional, coping disaster, stone deck disaster, pebble tec they brought “specialist “ from Orlando Mr Chase- disaster, no basic plaster skills. Project manager nice guy but that’s all. Poor knowledge of pool business. Office crew fake nice or arrogant. Most funny explanation for all bad work is “it’s up to local standards” Problem because there is no local standards 😅 in general I have to fix after them by myself or hire people with knowledge. Project time 2 years not 3 months as promised.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Natural Springs Pools, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, their team showcased exceptional professionalism and expertise that truly set them apart in the industry. Professionalism: The entire crew was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly respectful of our space. They took the time to listen to our vision and offered valuable insights that helped refine our ideas. Every question we had was answered promptly, making us feel confident throughout the process. Timeliness: Natural Springs Pools delivered on their promises regarding timelines. They provided a clear schedule from the outset, and they stuck to it. Each phase of the project was executed promptly, allowing us to enjoy our new oasis sooner than we anticipated. Their commitment to staying on schedule was truly commendable. Exquisite Results: The final product is nothing short of breathtaking. Our backyard has been transformed into a serene retreat, complete with a stunning pool that perfectly complements our landscaping. The attention to detail in the design and construction is evident, and we’ve already received countless compliments from friends and family. Overall, our experience with Natural Springs Pools exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking to create your own backyard paradise, I highly recommend reaching out to them. Their combination of professionalism, timeliness, and exquisite craftsmanship will not disappoint!
We had the opportunity to work with Natural Springs Pools again on a luxury custom home project, and once again they delivered an excellent result. As a boutique custom home builder, we are very selective about the subcontractors we partner with, and Natural Springs Pools continues to prove themselves as a reliable and professional part of the team. Their planning, coordination, and communication were smooth throughout the project. The installation was efficient, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished pool and spa are immediately evident. Everyone we work with at Natural Springs takes pride in their work and it shows. We appreciate working with a company that consistently delivers quality work and understands the level of detail required on a high-end custom home.

Learn everything about Natural Springs Pools of Lutz — their reviews, two Florida licenses, and what to put in the contract! FloridaPoolz.
Natural Springs Pools works from Whitaker Road in Lutz, Hillsborough County, on two current Florida licenses — CPC057112 since August 1999 and CPC1458980 since April 2017. Twenty-seven years on the older one, behind a domain registered the same year. They build new pools and fit screen enclosures, spas, water features and outdoor living. 24 project photographs are published.
Google has them at 4.4 from 134 reviews — about a tenth below the Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory, on one of the larger records here. Seven reviewers name their professionalism and three their communication.
One critical account is worth reading twice, because of how it opens: the customer says a previous review of theirs disappeared, so they were writing it again. What follows is a schedule complaint — a pool promised three months from excavation, and three months in which nobody came.
We cannot verify what happened to an earlier review, and review platforms remove posts for their own reasons. What is checkable is the schedule complaint itself, and on a firm with 134 reviews a single delay account is not a pattern. It is still the thing to protect against, because a stalled excavation is the most disruptive way a pool build goes wrong.
They publish pages for fourteen places across Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando — Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Lithia, Plant City, Apollo Beach, Odessa, Trinity, Land O'Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, San Antonio, Spring Hill and Brooksville. Those pages are close variants of one template with the town changed, so read the list as the area they cover rather than fourteen local operations.
Put the excavation-to-completion window in the contract with a consequence for missing it, and tie payments to inspected stages rather than dates — the one detailed complaint on record is three months of nothing after the hole was dug, and a payment schedule tied to progress is what makes that expensive for the builder rather than only for you. Ask which of the two licenses covers your job. Ask for the insurance certificate, which Florida does not publish.

Two current licenses: CPC057112 since August 1999 and CPC1458980 since April 2017. Ask which covers your job, and ask for the insurance certificate separately.
4.4 from 134 Google reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory — about a tenth below the middle, on one of the larger records here.
That a pool promised three months from excavation saw nobody attend for three months. The same customer says an earlier review of theirs disappeared from the platform; we cannot check that, and platforms remove posts for their own reasons. The schedule complaint is the checkable part.
Put the excavation-to-completion window in the contract with a consequence attached, and tie every payment to an inspected stage rather than a date. That makes a stall expensive for the builder rather than only for you.
Fourteen places across Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando, from Tampa and Brandon out to Brooksville and Zephyrhills. Those pages share one template, so treat the list as coverage rather than local branches.
