Absolutely a great experience working with Eric and Ada Niekens. In May 2025 after getting 5 pool and deck remodeling quotes, I decided to work with Neikens Pool and Spa to update and remodel my outdoor deck and pool. I found them to be knowledgeable, amicable, reasonably priced and highly skilled and adept at what they do as pool contractors. They presented samples of pavers/stones, pool tiles, pool surfaces, and a wealth of knowledge in face to face meetings with them. The time lines were laid out with the payment schedule and the "Just Enjoy" guarantee was enhanced by their dedication to excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Easy to work with, great value and pricing.

I cannot say enough good things about Ada and Eric! I'm relatively new to Florida and this was the first time I've ever gone through a pool build. I've heard countless horror stories about scammy pool builders, and was extremely nervous going into the process. I received quotes from several builders in the area, but chose to go with the Neikens as they came highly recommended by my realtor. It was the best decision I ever made. Their pricing was extremely fair for what I got compared to other builders. From start to finish, Ada and Eric were both an absolute pleasure to work with. They were in constant communication with me through every step, and made themselves available for every little question I had, and were able to accommodate any changes I wanted as the build progressed. Without question, I would choose them if I started over, and will choose them for any future projects.
