The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Simply stated, Park Shore Pools could not have performed any more outstandingly. I set very high standards and they exceeded them. They resurfaced my pool, replaced all the tiles and built a waterfall with steps in my spa. They met every single deadline. They started and finished on time. We were away the entire time and never needed to be contacted. The owners, the crews and the office staff were kind and professional. They also met my budget.
If you're considering a luxury pool build in Southwest Florida, look no further. From the very first conversation, the experience felt different — honest, transparent, and genuinely client-focused in a way that's hard to find in this industry. Building a pool, especially at this level, can feel overwhelming. There are a lot of moving parts, a lot of decisions, and a lot of money on the table. What stood out most was how much time was taken to make sure I understood every step of the process — the materials, the timeline, the expectations — nothing was glossed over or rushed. Every question was answered thoroughly, and I never felt like I was being upsold or steered in a direction that wasn't right for me. The quality of materials speaks for itself once you see the finished product, but it's the integrity behind the process that really sets this company apart. Southwest Florida has no shortage of pool builders, but finding one that combines true craftsmanship with that level of client care is rare. If you want a luxury pool built by people who actually take pride in what they do and treat you like a person rather than a transaction — this is the only call you need to make.
I’ve done business with Park Shore Pools a couple of times now and have always had a good experience. The team is friendly, professional, and does quality work. They communicate well, show up when they say they will, and really care about their customers. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a pool company in the Naples area.

We checked Park Shore Pools of Naples against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1459032, what they build, and where they stand.
Park Shore Pools works from Enterprise Avenue in Naples, Collier County. Two Florida pool contractor licenses sit on record in the company's name — CPC1459032, current since 2017, and CPC1459991 since 2022 — the pattern of a company that added a second qualified contractor as it grew. The website has been online since 2014.
Google shows 5 from 9 reviews, above the Florida average of 4.52. Nine reviews is a thin sample, and a perfect score across a base that small says less than a strong score across a large one would; take it as an encouraging early record rather than a settled one. Five reviewers name the way the company conducted itself during the job and three the quality of the finished build. Nothing appears on the other side.
New pool construction and renovation, with spas, water features and the outdoor living areas around them — the Naples market's usual mix, and the company has been in it since 2014. They publish 10 project photographs, which is a start rather than a portfolio, so ask to see more of the recent work when you call — (239) 331-5245.
