I had an absolutely amazing experience with Pool Quality Solutions Inc. The owner came through for me last minute and got my pool up and running when I really needed it. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful, you can tell he truly understands what he’s doing and cares about his work. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. From start to finish, it was just an outstanding experience. At this point, I don’t trust anyone else with my pool, they’ve earned my business for the long run. Highly recommend!
Run. Hired to install a pool heater and corresponding electrical at my home in Naples. To keep it short, lots of delays, installed a different heater than I was told would be installed, they were not interested in helping me set-up the app to run the unit and the electrical panel they installed is causing the pump system to not work. They couldn't get paid fast enough and now are not supportive in getting the system running. Paid a lot of money for low service, poor communication and a money-hungry collection process.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fast, friendly, efficient and great pricing! Gio was able to swing by quickly and had my pump up and running again so fast, I couldn't believe it! As a woman, I truly appreciated his honest service and friendly attitude. Best service call ever!
