WOW, what can I say about my experience with Pools by Wyatt? INCREDIBLE!! I will start by saying this was no small decision taking a few years of planning. I will break my experience down a bit, as it is a process: Quoting: My family shopped for about 3 years, having various interactions with several area pool companies. One thing I learned early and hate to stereotype, but many Naples pool companies are not the most responsive. Especially if you request tweaks for a quote revision. Not the case, however with Wyatt. He was responsive from the first call and very accommodating along the way with all the questions, extra ideas we came up with. We were very appreciative of his providing expertise with suggestions and ideas based upon his family’s years of experience in pool design and construction. This was quite the change from the no-shows, ghosting, and for some feeling a sense of arrogance or not really needing our business. I even called one company literally saying we are ready to cut a check, just needed a refresh of the numbers since I wanted to change a dimension and add feature…...Crickets, couldn’t believe it. PRICE $$: I did finally get two other quotes for my final product and let’s just say I am so glad someone referred us to Pools by Wyatt. The difference in pricing was absurd and truly showed me that many of the companies locally must be in with the developers and have all the business they want, allowing them to charge astronomical amounts. I was able to have extra add-ons and features I didn’t expect as a result of the tremendous savings. Trust me, we spent a lot, but at a very fair price. Installation: On the Ball! I watched neighbors on both sides of me have pools put in and it seemed like an eternity with very little consistent activity. You see some workers one day then nothing for weeks. I felt bad as people had a big pit of rainwater in their backyard for months. In our case using Wyatt, the permitting was quick, the inspections were scheduled promptly, and the workers were there nearly daily. I won’t divulge our exact timeline in this review, as some projects might have unforeseen reasons for delay, but I will say our installation was considerably streamlined, taking probably a third of what I had witnessed in my community from other installs. I will mention, too, the craftmanship was spot on. I checked everything, every day. As did several of my friends and family who were professional tradesmen. No corner cut here. Final Product: GEORGESOUS! (See Photos). Wyatt helped with our selection of surface types, accent materials, and water features. My family truly feels like we live at a resort. LOVE IT. Our daughter just learned to swim, and it has been so great for all of us. Let’s talk about Quality. I intentionally waited to write this review. I wanted to see if the service would be there after the paycheck. Well to be honest, in now nearly 9 months of heavy use, we haven’t had anything really to report. We had one small issue we reached out to Wyatt about, and it was resolved immediately. All surfaces look great, pool features work wonderful, and the Panoramic Cage makes us feel like we are one with nature…less the mosquitos. So, yeah 5 Stars here. Don’t take my word for it tho, give Wyatt a call, if you are in the market. We are glad we did. Thanks Pools by Wyatt. Weekends just got better!

We bought a 1990 house with an old pool layout. We met Wyatt and his team and in short time we had a concept, two days later drawings. They started the complete "take out" of the old pool and then built a new pool, starting from scratch. We included waterbowls, a very nice spa and a sun shelf. We had a change of the niveau, so the supporting wall needed redesign. Also the cage was completely tared down and redesigned. Pools by Wyatt did the complete project, including all the necessary permits. Everything was done with very high quality of the work, the new pool is 100% according to our expectations. I can recommend Pools by Wyatt to everybody!

Wyatt is AMAZING to work with! He’s super responsive, helpful, and fast. Building a pool is a big investment and you want someone dependable and trustworthy and that’s exactly what Wyatt was throughout the whole process. He answered every phone call/text. If there were any issues - he fixed it right away. No questions asked. His guys even worked over the weekends to make the Easter timeline we wanted. We’ve recommended him to many of our friends who have came over and fell in love with our pool. We couldn’t be happier with our pool/hot tube. I loved working with Wyatt and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for someone to build their pool to use him, you won’t regret it!!! He’s the best.

Who they are

Pools by Wyatt works from Dogwood Way in Naples, Collier County, on Florida registered pool license RP252555606 — current since November 2022 and running to 2027. The domain dates from 2024. What the reviews say

Google has them at 4.9 from 38 reviews — close to four tenths above the Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory. Nothing on the record reads as a complaint, and no subject was raised twice by different customers.

Seven reviewers name their professionalism, six the quality of the build and four their communication. The fullest account makes a point of the size and difficulty of the job rather than its smoothness, which is the more useful kind of endorsement: an easy build pleases everybody.

What they build

New pool construction, renovation, repair, routine servicing, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living, around Naples. Their license is a registered pool license rather than a certified contractor license, which in Florida means it is issued on local qualification — worth knowing if your job sits outside the area it was registered for.

Before you sign

Ask whether their registered license covers work in your specific jurisdiction, since a registered license is not statewide in the way a certified one is. Ask for a pool finished at least two years ago — the license dates from late 2022, so the oldest work is young. The record is otherwise clean, so the rest is ordinary: scope and exclusions in writing, payments tied to inspected stages, a completion date, and the insurance certificate.
