I cannot recommend Pools Finishing Inc. enough—they literally saved my backyard. I originally started this project with a different contractor, and it was a total nightmare. The process went really bad, and I was left with a mess and a lot of stress. Luckily, I got in touch with Pools Finishing, and they stepped in to resolve everything. Uri took over as our representative and was a complete breath of fresh air. He was professional, understood exactly how to fix the issues the previous guy left behind, and really made sure I was taken care of as a customer.

Terrible service lousy people got paid in full three months ago. I still don’t have my final permit. Do not deal with them. Kemmer is all the way.

Pools Refinishing Inc. did an outstanding job! They started the project on time, worked efficiently, and completed everything quickly without compromising quality. Uri and Avi conduct their business with integrity. When I overpaid on my final payment, Avi caught the error and asked me to correct it. The results are stunning, and I’m thrilled with how the pool turned out. The only area that could use improvement is the chemical start-up process. I paid extra for this service and would not recommend it to others. The chemicals were not stabilized following the service, which required some additional attention on my end. Overall, their professionalism and skill truly stood out, and I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch pool refinishing work!

I did some research on several companies before the pool work, all but Pool Finishing came back telling me they can't do diamondbrite alone without changing water-level color tiles. P.F.’s online reviews basically are overwhelmingly positive, except one negative review by a person who also provided his email for his claim verification. I emailed this person but internet came back with "E-mail Address Doesn't Exist" message, which brought me a great relief and I went on hiring P.F.. P.F. finished the pool diamondbrite perfectly without breaking a single old color tile, and both (Avi and Uri) are extremely professional, didn't try to push to you unwanted sale like some others. Pool was beautifully done. I am very happy we chose them.

About Pools Finishing, Inc.

Pools Finishing of Coconut Creek: licensed since 1999, a strong record, and finishes as their focus. FloridaPoolz.

Who they are

Pools Finishing works out of Coconut Creek in Broward County, holding Florida residential pool license RP0067108, current since March 1999 — twenty-seven unbroken years, running to August 2027. They make no superlative or award claims anywhere on their site, which is rare and leaves the record to speak for itself. The license class is residential, narrower than the CPC certification most builders here hold, so confirm it covers your job.

What they build

New pool construction, renovation, repair and servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living work. The name points at finishes — resurfacing and interior work — which is worth knowing if that is your job, because it is a different competence from pouring a shell. No separate area pages are published, so Coconut Creek and the surrounding Broward area is the working assumption.

What their reviews say

4.9 from 62 Google reviews, well above the Florida pool builder average of 4.52 and on a count solid enough to be dependable. Five customers praised professionalism independently and five the build quality — an even split across the two things that matter most on a finishing job. No complaint theme was raised by two or more people.

Worth asking about

Very little shows against them: twenty-seven years of licensing, a high score on a real body of reviews and no recurring complaint. The two practical questions are the license class — ask whether RP0067108 covers your job if it is structural or commercial — and, for a resurfacing, which finish they are quoting and how long they expect it to last. Their site has not changed since early 2026, so ask for recent addresses rather than judging from the gallery.
