The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Our home and pool were built 40 years ago, and, as you might guess, lots of rehab work has been necessary. The pool was the last challenge, and, I thought that it might not be possible to make it look good. More than pleasantly surprised to see Joshua and his son tackle this very dirty and moldy pool.....2 1/2 days and it looks amazing! They were very careful and precise as they tackled the problem areas, made suggestions as to how a little tweak would make it look even better.....Not a sign of mold, AND, they sealed the curb around the pool so that the mold will not take over! love what they've done.. Excellent work ethic....showed up when they said they would...They were experts at what they do, and proud of the result that was achieved. If there were any changes, they reported, cleaned up every bit of the mess.... Toni Macpherson.
About 1 year ago I believed I had a leak in my unground pool. I spent a lot of money with Red Rhino to find leak. They never found it and blew it off as evaporation. I did not believe them. I called Aqua Cal and then Kalos to check pool heater for leak. They stated it was pool evaporation. I have owned this pool since 1995 and Never had to add water every other day. I began trial and error myself. I dug up the waterfall. Omg I found the leak!!! I googled waterfall repair on pools and renew pool resurfacing came up. Mark was awesome. He offered to come out today and tell me what part was the exact culprit. To my dismay he is in Vero and not Clermont so not cost effective to drive this far. But that did not stop him from truly helping me. I sent pictures as he requested. He gave me his professional opinion on the culprit and the reasonable cost. When it is time for a surface renovation I will definitely call Renew Pool Resurfacing!!!! Thank you for restoring my faith in contractors!
Mark was referred to me by my pool technician for a complete remodel of my 80’s pool, including a 30ft long waterfall. Mark is a true artisan, extremely meticulous and expert tile installer of both large format slate and small glass tiles. We were thrilled with the finished product and would without hesitation recommend him!

We checked Renew Pool Resurfacing of Sebastian against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1456675, what they build, and where they stand.
Renew Pool Resurfacing works out of Sebastian, in Indian River County on the Treasure Coast. Their Florida pool contractor license, CPC1456675, has been current since 2003 — more than two decades unbroken, and among the longer continuous registrations on this site. The website itself is recent, registered in 2024, so a new-looking company here is a long-established one that rebuilt its shopfront.
Google shows 5 from 11 reviews, above the Florida average of 4.52. Eleven reviews is a small sample and a clean sweep at that size is easier to hold than it looks, so read it as a good sign rather than proof — the license history behind it is the sturdier fact. Four reviewers name the way the company conducted itself and three the quality of the finished work. Nothing appears on the other side.
Resurfacing and renovation are the core of the business and what the name points at, with new pool construction, repair, spas, water features and outdoor living alongside. Resurfacing is a distinct trade from building from scratch, and a company that does it daily is worth talking to about an ageing pool. They publish 20 project photographs — (772) 584-4418.

Both. Resurfacing and renovation are the specialism, and they also take new pool construction, repair, spas, water features and outdoor living areas.
