The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I had an excellent experience with SW Tropical Design. Ronnie built both my pool and hot tub, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. He was fast, reliable, and always available to answer questions or provide guidance along the way. Living on the beach, it was extremely important to me to hire someone with real experience—especially with the challenges that come with hurricanes and coastal conditions. Ronnie delivered exactly that. His knowledge and craftsmanship gave me complete confidence that everything was built the right way. He also built my parents’ pool, and they had the same great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ronnie to anyone looking to design and build a pool. Definitely worth calling him for an estimate!
A year out from designing, installing and enjoying our pool, Ronnie is still available for any issues or problems that have arisen. Literally a text or phone call away. He stands by his product and we highly recommend him. Plus- my pool turned out beautiful!
Ronnie was a great help from start to finish I have a couple houses on the island and his team built something special. We spend a lot of time in an outdoor spa area, and when it came to the build he was there every step of the way really giving me confidence in the end result.
