Perfect 10!! We have an older pool and Ted has managed to keep it running for us at a minimal cost. He has fixed leaks, he's cored out the side of the pool, added new piping, and has done lots of troubleshooting and more. We still have quite a bit of work to get done but when the time comes we will absolutely call Ted and only Ted. He's a master in this field, he's local and he's not a corporate greed mongering business owner only thinking about the dollar. Thanks Ted for all of your hard work, you are greatly appreciated!!
Ted’s Pool & his one man did a very very slow remodel of our pool in Cape Coral SW 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Never did finish 100 % , however over billed us 110 % …..Treat very carefully and get liquid Ed damages in the contract
Ted's pool repair provides honest and responsive communication, quality repairs and expert assessment and advice. When we first bought the house, we had the hot tub resurfaced and received a great job at a reasonable price. After Ian, we needed help and received a quick response and a great price. This time turned out to be a quick fix. No upsell or pressure just what is actually needed. In addition to quality repairs and expert advice, I have peace of mind. I won't call anyone else.
Sorry I bothered with this company. They were recommended by another contractor but they don't answer or return phone calls.
Ted and his son came out found 2 leaks, one was the skimmer the other was a cracked return pipe just on the other side of the pool shell. My pool is 25 years old. Ted replaced the skimmer and cut out the concrete deck to repair the broken pipe. It took a few days mostly waiting to see how much water we were losing then to see how much was lost after the repairs, which I didn't mind at all. Just to know the before and after numbers. Now we aren't losing any water. Ted is very busy but I understand that, frankly I would be more concerned if he wasn't busy. He gave me a fair price compared to prices on the internet. I highly recommend Ted's Pool Repair. They did everything that they said they would an took time to answer any questions I had.
Ted & company doesn't answer their phone. They will call you back if your a 'new' client or they feel they are deserving payment for their "work". They showed up, cut pipes and told me they would be back, after 4 weeks and no response I was forced to get another company to repair what they cut up and to fix the original issue. - Do your research folks; their are a LOT of pool repair companies.

We checked Ted's Pool Repair & Leak Detection of Cape Coral against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1456608 and where they stand.
Ted's Pool Repair & Leak Detection works out of Cape Coral, Lee County, from a post office box rather than a street address. Their Florida pool contractor license, CPC1456608, has been current since 2003 — twenty-three years unbroken.
Google shows 4.3 from 20 reviews, a little under the Florida average of 4.52. Five reviewers name the way the crew conducted itself on site. Two raise communication — being kept informed, calls returned — and that belongs here unsoftened even though two out of twenty is a caution rather than a verdict. Communication is the complaint that most often precedes the others, so it is worth settling at the start: agree who your point of contact is and how often you will hear from them.
The name leads with repair and leak detection, and that is the specialism — finding a leak is a diagnostic job rather than a construction one, and it is what most pool owners need a specialist for. Their published list also covers new pool construction, renovation, ongoing service, spas, water features and outdoor living. Project photographs are on the site. The number is (239) 543-7665.
