I had a great experience working with Hydroline Pools. From the beginning, the team was very professional, organized, and transparent about every step of the project. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated how they explained everything clearly and set the right expectations. The crews were punctual, respectful, and you can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Even with weather delays and different phases of the project, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The final result exceeded my expectations — my pool looks amazing. I would definitely recommend Hydroline Pools to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced company.

This place is a total joke! They scheduled a meeting with me, I had to cancel two meetings to accommodate them, came out measured and left. Since almost two week I have done multiple calls to speak with this Gabriel, who seems to be in a meeting every time I call, I have no estimate and excuse after excuse its coming, so is Christmas...Stay away from this company horrible customer service...Waist of Time!

My husband Jeff and I had the great fortune of working with Hydroline Pools to build our new pool and deck, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Having renovated many homes and built over 20 pools, I consider myself a very discerning customer with high expectations. Hydroline exceeded them all. From our very first meeting with Bruno, the owner, we knew we were in good hands. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine pride in his work set the tone for the entire project. That same commitment carried through every phase. Junior and Marcio provided outstanding project management, keeping everything on track while maintaining clear and consistent communication. The craftsmanship from the crews handling the forming, plastering, and deck work was equally impressive. The office team was responsive, organized, and always a pleasure to work with. In a market filled with pool builders across South Florida, Hydroline truly stands apart. I met with several other companies, but what made the difference was meeting directly with the owner and seeing firsthand the culture of customer service and care he has built within his team. That culture is evident in every interaction and every detail of their work. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and could not recommend Hydroline Pools more highly.

Please DO NOT use this company for any pool related work;I have paid them 15,000 dollars for a job that started as 10,000 dollars work.Every time their technician comes they create a new problem.Absolutely no communication with any supervisor.Each "technician" is working in their own independent world with no communication to us the customer. After they did leak detection and resurfaced the pool a week later there was a new leak which they even refused to acknowledge for weeks.We had to pay yet again for more and more work caused by their poor workmanship.One week after finishing the work the grout leaked all over the tiles!!!

Hydroline is hands down the best pool company in South Florida!! We had use their services in the past to replace our pool pump and the skimmer, so when we decided was time to remodel our pool, we knew we had to call Hydroline and we are very glad we did. We Couldn’t be happier with our pool renovation results! It really came out amazingly. They kept us informed of everything during the whole process, great attention to details, very organized and never leaving a mess at the end of each day. They helped us picking the right options of materials(pavers and glass tiles) so our backyard dream could came true. We knew our backyard had a great potential to look fabulous, we had the vision of what our backyard could look like, than came the Hydroline Team and made it a reality and blew our minds! They really transformed our backyard in about a little less than 5 weeks, just in time for the family to enjoy the South Florida summer! Thank you very much Hydroline Team.

Hydroline pools, every single person we worked with there, made our pool renovation an absolute pleasure. We have worked with Hydroline on multiple previous projects, and finally did our personal pool. Bruno and his team were able to help make our crazy ideas become a reality. No request was ever an issue, and the renovation turned out even better than expected. The Hydroline crews are amazing at what they do, and every neighbor of ours commented on how incredible it was that they saw the Hydroline crew show up at our house first thing in the morning every day, and work until the end of the day.
