I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Aquatic Architechs! From the very first interaction to the final result, their team was entirely focused on delivering outstanding service and ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. After submitting an online request for a pool/spa combination, I was contacted the very next day by Mary Ann. She promptly scheduled a home visit at a time that worked best for me. During our meeting, she took the time to really listen to my ideas and worked closely with me in a collaborative design session. She not only captured exactly what I envisioned but also introduced creative options I hadn’t even considered. We continued meeting through the design process to fine-tune the engineering details and select finishes such as tiles, pool decking, colors, and the screen enclosure—always with my preferences and satisfaction at the forefront. Once construction began, I transitioned to working with Mitch, who provided the same high level of support and communication. He clearly laid out the project timeline so I knew what to expect and maintained consistent contact through weekly calls or texts to provide updates and address any questions I had. His professionalism, along with that of his entire crew, made the process smooth and stress-free. Aquatic Architechs truly prioritizes their customers. Aqatic Architects doesn't have many reviews,  so i wanted to take time to share my experience.  I live in Naples, i called about 6 different pool companies and got estimates,  all of these estimates where sky high ! And i didn't feel comfortable with any of them. The last thing you need after having a house built, is more headaches with a pool company. With that being said, i decided to call Aquatic Architects as a last resort in spite of no reviews, or recommendations,  Jim the owner came out to my location the day after we spoke on the phone i knew within the first half hr. Of ower conversations he was going to build my pool. Jim is a person of integrity,  and takes pride in his company. I explained all the headaches i was going threw with the construction of my house, and i let him know i didn't want headaches with building a pool, he promised smooth sailing, also assured me i would always be able to contact him by cellphone , all true he always answers my texts, or he calls me ,always answers my questions, and concerns. My pool is about 2 weeks away from being completed .every phase of this process has been smooth sailing, all of Jims crews are professional,snd respectful . I plan on updating  my review with completed pictures of my pool. I did add some pic below just to show how neat they work Anyone out there looking to have there dream pool built give this company a call. Jim outshines all other pool companies in this area!

I worked with Jim at Aquatic Architects in Naples while planning a redesign of my pool equipment pad, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was very responsive and always willing to get on the phone to talk through questions and different equipment options. Jim clearly has a deep understanding of pool equipment and how complete systems should be designed. He helped me think through pump sizing, filtration, heating options, and how the overall equipment layout should work together so the system would be efficient and reliable. What I appreciated most is that he took the time to explain the reasoning behind different choices rather than just recommending products. That made it much easier to understand the tradeoffs and make informed decisions. If you're planning a pool equipment upgrade or redesign and want someone who understands both the technical side of pool systems and the current equipment on the market, I would definitely recommend working with Jim.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mitch and Jim for some much needed repairs on my pool, specifically the salt cell and pool light. I can confidently say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Mitch and Jim displayed a level of professionalism and expertise that immediately put me at ease. They thoroughly assessed the issues, explained the necessary repairs in clear, understandable terms, and provided a fair and very transparent estimate. The quality of their work was outstanding. Mitch ensured that the pool light was not only fixed but functioning better than ever. Throughout the process, they were courteous, respectful of my property, and left the area spotless once they were done. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
