Blue Solutions Pool company , Helped our family from start to finish in selecting the right pool for our backyard. As well as keepimg us up to date on when the project was going to start, and the whole procedure in what was going to happen. Ryan,Sandy and Tony have been wonderful to deal with. When ever we need anything from the smallest detail to our largest issue it was taken care of immediately. The pool the heater and chiller are awesome, our enclosure is beautiful as well. Just another perfect job done by the best pool company in Northern Florida. Thank you Again
Beware of Blue Solutions! I don’t normally write reviews, but I think it’s critical for anyone building a pool to steer clear of this company. We’ve been dealing with them for years because of delays in construction, sloppy/shoddy work, inverted plumbing issues, incorrectly installed marcite, rock waterfall, spa jets, pool lights, and so much more. Ryan and Sandy are unprofessional and completely lack any ability to communicate effectively. They removed any possible excitement or joy that could come from building a new pool! Everything this company touched turned into a disaster. And worse - they refuse to stand by their work or work of their contractors, do not honor the warranty in their contract, and hire unqualified contractors. Do not do business with them, especially if you’re having them a concrete inground pool. They lacked the design skills and ability to design a fairly basic pool that would work with our backyard. We had to design it ourselves. Their concrete contractor sprayed concrete all over my home, and my neighbor’s home didn’t bother to put up screens so that the concrete would spew everywhere. And overall, they did a poor job with the concrete. Their marcite contractor failed to install the marcite properly and totally left out one of the colors we selected. The result is splotchy marcite with calcium deposits and inconsistent coloring and chipping throughout. Chipping started before the pool was even a year old. Spa jets were installed, protruding from the wall and pointing downward. In addition, their plumber inverted the air and water pipe, causing the jets not to bubble. The pool company had the audacity to tell us that we broke it. We had to have another company come out to diagnose the problem. Spa lights and the main pool light were acid-washed and rusted over. The spa light was never installed correctly. They broke the casing during installation and used a non-marine grade screw, which then rusted onto my marcite. Light is dangling from my wall. Multiple pool leaks, which, again, Blue Solutions denied. This cost us $$$ throughout the course of the year. They incorrectly installed my rock waterfall, then painted it pumpkin orange! And sprayed paint all over my brand-new cream deck. Disaster. In addition, there was little to no communication, scheduling information, or any assistance when it came to selecting tiles, colors, etc. I had to beg for timeframes on when contractors would return to work on the pool and for updates. Months would go by. I was patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt for a long time, but they damaged everything they touched. With the amount of money this company cost me, I would have gone with the top-of-the-line pool builder in the area.
I highly recommend this company. They do a great job and are very professional. I never had to lift a finger to have a sparkling pool. What a great company! I’m so impressed with how Blue Soulitions keeps our pool in perfect shape! They make sure everything is spotless—cleaning, chemical checks, and even the little details like the skimmers and filters. Our pool always looks like new after they visit, and we never have to worry about a thing. Their team is professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to keeping things flawless. Highly recommend their pool cleaning service!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Soulitions, and I can’t recommend them enough! From pool installation to cleaning, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect from start to finish. Installation: The installation process was smooth and stress-free. The team was punctual, took the time to understand my needs, and provided expert advice on the best pool options for my space. They even handled all the permits and paperwork, making the entire process hassle-free. My new pool looks amazing, and it’s everything I envisioned! Cleaning: Their pool cleaning services are top-notch. They’ve been maintaining my pool for a few months now, and I’ve never had a single issue. The team is consistent, thorough, and always leaves the pool sparkling clean. They take care of everything from checking the chemical balance to cleaning the filters. I always feel confident that my pool is in great hands. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional company that truly cares about customer satisfaction, Blue Soulitions is the one to go with. They’ve made owning a pool so much easier, and I’m beyond happy with their services. I’ll definitely continue using them for all my pool needs!
Horrible customer service! This company once apon a time was apparently decent, now that the owner is letting his son take over it is falling apart! They lie, ignore you and demand money non stop! This is a small business ran out of the owners home, therefore no swimming pools available to look at other than online. I was told the pool I wanted would take about 10 months..but they had a “Luxor” pool in stock and it could be done immediately!! 6 weeks tops! After viewing all models online I agreed to the Luxor. Two options with the Luxor, one had a deep end the other did not. Both measured right around 44ftx16ft. ..I printed out every single model they offered from their website as well as the manufacturer’s website (San Juan pools), because I was so excited! Months later I viewed pools again and reprinted all models… after a year and a half I was frustrated because the time frame was getting outrageous and then viewed and printed all models once again… trying to figure out why the pool I bought that measures 44x16, was now 27x11ft!!! Yes, the pool in my yard is almost half the size of the one I paid for!!!! How can this company do this ..?? After measuring the small pool I spoke with the owner and told him this wouldn’t work for my family of 9!!! I wanted it out of my yard… the owner actually seemed like he cared when we spoke and asked how he could fix this..we came up with several solutions that involved a lot of add ons, tanning ledge, water slide, retaining wall, fire pit… I was ok with the plans… then months went by the owner had a new excuse everytime we spoke, all items were on back order..his employees were sick..his employees got in a car wreck..he had no employees… then out of no where he (the owner)sends me a bill, demanding more money.. I have already overpaid by thousands of dollars, I have copies of everything.. now it’s been months again and I haven’t heard or seen anyone who should have been here working on my pool! Day one this company ripped my fence down and left my backyard open to the public!! Still open almost two years later…. I’ve had 3 other pool companies come out to quote what’s in my yard, not only did they each say that there are multiple defects and safety hazards but the amount I paid is more than double what this should have cost!! 3 different companies at separate times told me that. My yard and my neighbors yards are destroyed!!! I have pipes sticking out all over my yard… I also only had about 5 items on our contract, I do not even have those 5 things completed!!! I should have reached out for legal help so long ago.. especially after one of their own employees told me to… then once a second employee told me to just sue him, I had to think about it… when I realized my sons teacher who had been complaining to the class all year about a pool company he hired that kept ripping him off and destroying his yard then demanding more money rather than fixing it…. I learned that we both made the huge mistake of hiring the same terrible pool company, Blue Solutions!!!! I guess being honest and patient doesn’t always work out for the best…

We checked Blue Solutions of Green Cove Springs against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1457361, what they build, and where they stand.
Blue Solutions works from Green Cove Springs, in Clay County south of Jacksonville. Their Florida certified pool contractor license, CPC1457361, has been current since 2006 — twenty years unbroken. They publish genuinely separate pages for Orange Park, Fleming Island, Middleburg and Jacksonville, written for each place rather than one template with the name changed, which is a fair sign they work those areas rather than merely list them.
Google shows 3.7 from 26 reviews and a Yelp listing 2.0 from 4, giving 3.47 across 30 reviews against a Florida average of 4.52. That is a wide gap on a sample big enough to take seriously. Unlike most records this size, the reviews do agree on what went wrong: four separate customers raise the quality of the finished build, and two raise payment and billing. Both belong on this page unsoftened — four out of thirty naming the same thing is a pattern, and money disputes are the ones that turn into lawyers.
Five reviewers name the crew's conduct on site and three the build quality — the same subject four others complain about. A split like that usually means the outcome depends on the crew or the job rather than being consistent either way, which is exactly the thing to probe: ask who will actually be on your site, whether that crew is employed or subcontracted, and to see two of their finished jobs from this year. Their site describes them as the most trusted and number one in the area.
New pool construction, renovation and repair, with screen enclosures, spas, water features, outdoor living work and ongoing service. Get the payment schedule in writing before anything starts, tied to stages you can inspect. That is sensible with any builder and it is pointed advice with this one.
