I called to get an estimate for a new pool to be installed. They came to my house, we spoke for about 10 minutes and was told I would hear back from them soon. No one ever reached back out and no estimates were sent. I took my business elsewhere.

Cannonball Pools is the best pool company!!! John is amazing to work with and he always made sure I knew what was going on during the steps of the project. This is my first pool and his team knocked it out of the park! I wish I could give 10 stars! If you are serious about a pool I highly recommend Cannonball Pools of St John’s County. John and his team are professional, honest & friendly.

Very poor experience with John from Cannonball Pools. We were given broken equipment and have had constant problems with the pool ever since. We have reached out multiple times trying to get help or resolve the issues, but he either ignores us, blows us off, blocks contact, or changes his number. Customer service and accountability have been extremely disappointing. We expected professional work and support, but instead were left dealing with ongoing pool problems and no help. I would not recommend Cannonball Pools based on our experience.

Cannonball Pools is an absolute gem. John is one of the best people to work with in any business. He is always helpful and goes out of the way to solve our pool issues. His designs and builds are stunningly breathtaking. 5 stars will never be enough. If you are serious about a pool, John and the team at Cannonball Pools are the absolute must go to for professional, friendly service.

I believe this pool company may provide quality service; however, an interaction I witnessed involving one of your employees raised concerns. While waiting in line at a convenience store, I observed an employee wearing your company’s work shirt speaking loudly and disrespectfully about the store staff. Yes, the store was busy, and yes, the employee working there was actively assisting customers. While that situation may have been frustrating, it does not justify making verbal remarks out loud in a public setting—especially while representing your company. Unfortunately, this behavior reflected poorly on the business. Employees wearing company apparel are a direct reflection of the organization, and professionalism and courtesy should be maintained at all times. I was disappointed by the lack of consideration and respect shown in this situation.
