We absolutely love our new pool! This is the third pool we’ve had built, and by far it was the best experience we’ve ever had. From our very first meeting for a quote to the day we took our first swim, the entire Centennial team was outstanding. They kept us informed throughout every stage of the project, and their communication was exceptional from start to finish. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and highly recommend Centennial to anyone looking for a quality pool builder!

Stay away from this company, there are so many other option. They repainted my cage. What a mess, overspray on walls, floors, spouting, and soffits. The sanding was a mess, and someone else had to come in to fix their mess.

We have been extremely pleased with the pool construction process offered by Centennial Pools. From the very beginning, they were transparent about costs and designs available, answering all of our questions in a manner that helped us find the pool that fit our needs best. Throughout construction, they were prompt in response with any issues and actively updated us at each stage of the build. Communication and availability of their staff at all times was one of the many ways they went above and beyond typical service. If you are looking for cost effective professionals to design and build a pool, we highly recommend Centennial Pools.

We set up an appointment for Saturday 1/18/25 at 1pm. Jason did not show up. We contacted him & he stated he lost his work phone and didn’t realize we had an appointment. He did end up coming about 2 hours later and we had a pretty good meeting that left us excited. He assured us we would have our quote and pictures by Tuesday at the latest. We started a group text chat as well. By Tuesday night 1/21/25 we texted him and asked about the updates. He texted us the next morning stating he had been sick and was just starting to get caught up and would definitely have it to us in the next day or two, which would be by Friday. That came and went, we still had not heard anything. Saturday morning 1/25/25, we texted him again for an update. He stated he was just starting to feel a little better and should have everything done officially by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. Those days have again come and gone and we have heard nothing. We had a great meeting with him and were very excited about the potential of using this company for our pool. We are pretty understanding that certain things come up in peoples lives but this situation is completely unprofessional.

After interviewing 7 different companies about building my new pool I choose Salty and Fun Pools (Salty AF lol). I met with Jason and he was informative and laid back. No pressure. Just the information I needed to make a decision. I compared all the their information with the other companies and comfort level compared to others. I took a few months to decide and Jason kept in touch without being aggressive. For me Salty AF was the clear choice. After signing the paper work everything went exactly as promised. It took time to get the permit and then I received the call saying they were starting. And when they started it was on! 5 weeks of straight work and progress! They kept me informed and were very responsive to any questions I had. These are local good people who enjoy this work. And the end product is perfect! We could not be happier with how it turned out! I would recommend Salty AF pools to anyone looking for a new pool. There were even a few challenges with low water intrusion because I am on Amelia Island but they knew what to do and did it! It’s was impressive watching the work! I give Salty AF the highest rating 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Give them a call. Why wait? The kids are not getting younger. We have already seen the smiles and laughter that a new pool brings and this is an investment that is worth it!
