The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I recently had my pool constructed and installed, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Jacqueline, Mike and Aaron were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to detail throughout the whole process. From the initial design consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with clear communication and transparency. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions that truly elevated the final result. The craftsmanship is outstanding--the pool not only looks beautiful but feels built to last. The crew was punctual, respectful of my property, and kept the work area clean and organized. Now that it's complete, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for high-quality pool construction and an stress-free experience.
My wife and starting talking to pool companies around May-June 2024 knowing we wanted it completed and usable by mid February 2015 when our 3 grandchildren were visiting, thinking that’s plenty of time ahead Some companies couldn’t or wouldn’t promise us that end date so we were upset that we may have waited too long. Also they gave us initial quotes that were ok but then added on things we assumed were part of the package increasing the price. We left thinking we need someone who’s straight with us up front so we can trust them; enter Jacqueline. She came to visit and outlined everything about the process and assured us that it would be doable and based on her timeline it looked good so we went ahead. We expressed the same concern when we later sat with Mike who assured us that he would be done his work by the end of December and then we’d have to let the pool water sit for 30 days which put us in the pool by February 1st. I did the first cannonball that day! On February 15th the grandkids came for a week and couldn’t get out of the pool all day every day and boy did they sleep all night Everything promised was done by the team and I can’t say enough about the two Aaron’s especially the one on site having to get in the cold pool to put a fixture in that was missing Above and beyond and they’re very responsive to follow up as well Don’t forget to schedule the landscaping the day the pool guys are out of there.
Hi Mike and Arron and the rest of your crew, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the work you did. My pool and pavers are amazing! I can't even tell you how many compliments I have received . Not only are my neighbors, friends and family impressed with the pool and pavers but also the equipment you provided. I think they are even a little jealous ... I am beyond thrilled with the outcome and it was so great to work with you both! Your crew, Andrew and the rest of your employee are one of the most hardworking guys and they cared so much about their work and I appreciated that! I am so happy I chose you guys and honestly think you are the best in the industry! Thank you for making my dreams come true and for giving me a retreat I will enjoy wirh my friends and family for years to come! I have attached a few pictures for you along with a video of the lights in my pool! Thank you so much Meaghan Sperone

Starts with Pool Design Concepts — Cape Coral, Lee County. My project is somewhere else
Design Concepts & Construction of Cape Coral: Florida licensed since 1995, a flat 5.0 on both Google and Yelp, building gunite pools.
Design Concepts & Construction works out of SW 44th Street in Cape Coral and has held Florida contractor license CPC056782 since March 1995 — thirty-one years, the longest unbroken record on this part of the list. They describe themselves as family-owned, which the public record does not settle either way. One small thing that says something about where their attention goes: the title bar of their own website still reads "Home | My Site", the template default nobody changed. Thirty-one years of license and an unedited page title is a fair picture of a company that builds rather than markets.
Gunite pools and spas, screen enclosures, water features, outdoor living space and pool servicing. Their own pages give the sun-ledge pools particular attention, and reviewers describe being walked through the whole installation rather than handed a plan. Screen enclosures matter here: it is a separate trade from the pool shell, and having it in-house means one company answers for the pool and the cage around it.
Cape Coral and the Lee County side of south-west Florida. They publish no separate pages for surrounding towns, so there is no documented service area to quote — worth a direct call if you are over toward Fort Myers or further out. The site itself was last updated in mid-2025 while reviews continue to arrive through 2026, so the business is well ahead of its website.
This is as clean a record as this list contains. Google has them at a flat 5.0 from 45 reviews, and Yelp independently reads 5.0 as well, from 9 — both perfect, on a base large enough to carry weight, against a Florida average of 4.52. Eleven separate customers name their professionalism, seven the quality of the build, and three each the communication, the design help and their keeping to schedule: praise spread across the whole job rather than clustered in one place. No complaint was raised by two or more customers, and in fact none appears at all. One reviewer, putting in their third pool since moving, says this company is by far the best of them. The only genuine limitation is what we can show you rather than what they have done: their site keeps no browsable gallery, so there is a single project image here for a builder with three decades of work behind them. Ask them for addresses of recent local jobs — with a record like this the pools will be easy to find.

Since March 1995 — license CPC056782, thirty-one years, and the longest record on this part of the list.
A flat 5.0 from 45 reviews on Google, and 5.0 from 9 on Yelp — both platforms perfect, against a 4.52 Florida average. Eleven customers name their professionalism, seven the build quality, and three each communication, design help and timekeeping. No complaint appears from anyone. One reviewer on their third pool calls them the best of the three.
Yes, alongside gunite pools, spas, water features, outdoor living space and servicing. The enclosure is a separate trade from the pool itself, so having both in one company means one point of responsibility.
Barely — and that is our limitation as much as theirs. Their site keeps no browsable gallery, so there is one project image on this profile for a builder with thirty-one years behind them. Ask them for recent local addresses instead.
Cape Coral and the Lee County part of south-west Florida. They publish no pages for individual towns, so confirm your own location by phone.
A shallow shelf built into the pool for sitting in the water, and yes — it is one of the things their own pages give the most attention to, so it is clearly work they are comfortable with.
