The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Frank from Dream Pools just finished my pool as a renovation. It looks brand new. He finished from beginning to the end and took all of my calls. I did this renovation without the help from my husband he was super busy on a job and I didn’t want to wait. Frank answered all my questions without being annoyed (500 questions) highly recommend.
I asked Frank to help my mom with her pool because her current pool maintenance representative just wasn't meeting out standards. Frank immediately had someone on site within hours and was so friendly and courteous and really took care of my mom. His attention to detail and compassion was really unparalleled. When I am ready to buy my own house and have a pool put in Frank is the only person I'm going to call. The way he treated my mom shows me his whole team cares and they aren't happy unless I'm happy so THANK YOU!!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Frank. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. The team went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our pool project was perfect. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their attention to detail truly sets them apart. They kept us informed every step of the way and completed the project on time and within budget. Our new pool has exceeded all our expectations—it’s absolutely stunning! We highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for top-notch pool design, installation, or maintenance services. Thank you for turning our backyard into a dream oasis!

Dream Pools of Florida of Boca Raton: a clean 5.0 on Google from 37 reviews, open seven days a week, with keeping to schedule a named strength.
Dream Pools of Florida works out of Estuary Drive in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County. Their Florida contractor license, CPC1460324, was issued in August 2023 and is current, and the domain was registered a fortnight earlier — so license and business start together, and this is a company of about three years. They describe themselves as family-owned, which is their own account rather than a matter of public record, and they make no other claims at all: no awards, no warranty headline, no claim to be the best. There is nothing here for us to check against the record because they have asserted nothing beyond doing the work, which on this list is unusual and rather to their credit.
New pool construction, renovation of existing pools, spas and hot tubs, and outdoor living work. A short, focused list — and for a three-year-old company that is more reassuring than a catalogue of nine services would be. They publish twenty-four project photographs, a full set, and it is the most useful part of the site for judging finished work. The reviews describe ongoing pool maintenance as well as builds, including one customer who brought them in to take over the upkeep of a relative's pool from a previous contractor, so the service side is real even though it is not on the list.
Boca Raton and southern Palm Beach County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented service area — Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and the surrounding area is the sensible reading, and anything further worth confirming by phone. What they do have is availability: eight in the morning to eight at night, seven days a week, which is the most accessible schedule on this entire list. For anyone who cannot take a weekday afternoon off to meet a builder, that is a genuine practical advantage. Their most recent site activity shows in the late spring; the website is maintained rather than worked on.
A clean 5.0 on Google from thirty-seven reviews, close to half a point above the 4.52 Florida average, with no rating below top marks. Thirty-seven reviews is a real sample rather than a handful — comfortably past the point where friends and family could account for it — and holding a perfect score across it is hard to do. The consistency is the better part of the story: three separate praise themes clear our reporting floor, with professionalism named by eight customers, build quality by seven, and keeping to schedule by five. Five customers naming schedule matters more than it sounds, because running late is the single most common complaint in this trade, and it is the thing people remark on only when it does not happen. Between those three themes you have the manner, the finished article and the timetable — the three things that actually determine whether a pool build is a good experience. The detailed accounts stress responsiveness and knowledge, and one describes them stepping in to look after a relative's pool when the previous maintenance was not up to standard. There are no negative reviews on record at all and no complaint theme to report. The honest caution is entirely about age and scale: three years of trading and thirty-seven reviews is a good start, not a long record, and there is no way to see how they handle a problem three years after a build because nothing they have built is that old. They also publish no warranty terms, so that has to be asked for rather than read. Get the warranty and the schedule in writing and this is a strong, clean profile.

Answered from this record — not by the business.
A clean 5.0 on Google from 37 reviews, close to half a point above the 4.52 Florida average, with nothing below top marks. Three praise themes clear our reporting floor: professionalism (eight customers), build quality (seven) and keeping to schedule (five). Schedule being named by five people is notable, since running late is the usual complaint in this trade.
Treat it as a strong start rather than a settled record. Thirty-seven reviews is well past the point where friends could account for it, and holding a 5.0 across that many customers is genuinely hard. But it is not the several hundred that some firms here carry, and there are only three years of history behind it.
About three years. Their license, CPC1460324, was issued in August 2023 and the domain was registered a fortnight earlier, so the business and the license start together — no ambiguity about the founding date, which is unusual on this list.
They do not publish one — and they make no awards claim or best-in-market claim either, which is unusual and rather to their credit. But the absence of a claim is not the absence of cover: ask for the warranty terms in writing before you sign, and note that a three-year-old company has no track record yet of honouring one over the long term.
Eight in the morning to eight at night, seven days a week — the most accessible schedule on this list. And yes: although maintenance is not on their service list, one customer describes bringing them in to take over the upkeep of a relative's pool from a previous contractor, so it is worth asking.
