When we were originally looking for a full pool build out, we called several companies for quotes and instantaneously David (the owner) stuck out to us the most. David is not only creative and brilliant when it comes to architecture, but he’s also genuinely such a nice, honest guy. DVR Group does not just build your pool but they handle everything for you so that you don’t have to hound contractors for every separate thing. They are truly a boutique turn-key builder. My husband and I provided a clear vision for our backyard and David worked with us to achieve that. When you work with DVR group, you not only get just David but you get Joe as well who handles everything for you. Joe is patient, kind, and makes sure you are always satisfied. Even after the pool was done, both Joe and David personally came to the house to tweak things that required attention. From start to finish, David and Joe have been phenomenal and I have no doubt that even in the future they would be eager to help us with any pool issues that arise.

Incredible company to work with and beyond ecstatic with the results of this project. David and Joe listened to what we wanted and created An incredible outdoor space for us. Love the pool, decking, outdoor kitchen and Landscaping; so much positive feedback from our friends and neighbors as well. We have no hesitation in recommending this company who went above and beyond to help us realize our dreams!

February 16, 2024 Its been two years since David and his team designed and installed our pool, hardscape, lanai, landscape and lighting….in my last review DVR pools was about 60% complete. Two plus years later… Yesterday, we had a minor issue with the Jandy smart phone remote, texted David for the Jandy service rep, whose contact info we misplaced. David, texted it was a simple issue; so Instead of providing the Jandy contact he had his colleague Joe come by the house. Joe meticulously checked all our pool equipment, hardscape etc and re-explained the unique way Jandy has set up the pool heater remote….it was simple enough…”User Error!” After a good laugh, Joe took the time to go through all the settings again and instructions on the particular way in which the Jandy smart phone operates — the Jandy is great…just tajes a little time to familiarize yourself with its system, especially if you don’t use it often. Well, I’m texting a second review, because this interaction with David & Joe reminded us of why we selected DVR Group over all other pool companies. Their professionalism, customer care and absolute service reliability, which is a lost art by so many companies these days. We absolutely love our DVR design, pool and backyard…and we get so many compliments on DVR’s artistry combined with its simple elegance and low maintenance and functionality, And BTW, the install was completed on time, on budget and was a joy to watch… And, of course, DVR would not charge us for the “User Error” service call… Bottom Lines: The DVR Team is the only pool company you’ll ever want or need. They are simply “THE BEST, as they are BODACIOUSLY AWESOME ‼️ Dr. C David and his team are simply “awesome professionals!” He’s providing everything from design to installation, for our lanai, phantom screens, pool, hardscape, landscape, and lighting. H will also be providing servicing and maintenance when our project is completed in early May, From our first meeting David interpreted all our thoughts into a comprehensive abs thoughtful design plan — the pricing was very reasonable, the time schedule (despite Covid, supply chain issues, the big quit, inflation and other events outside his control) were spot on and his follow through and follow up throughout the process has been exceptional. His team is courteous, diligent and pays attention to the smallest detail. His custody chain with suppliers and his quality of work is also exception, Besides getting more than you paid for, David is both artisan and craftsman abs a pleasure to work with, While we are about 60% complete in our project — there is no doubt that the remaining work will be equally excellent. If you’re looking for the design and installation of the backyard of your dreams—-it’s DVR Group, Dr. C

About Dvr Inc

Learn everything about DVR Inc of Jupiter — a Florida license held since 1996, reviews, and what to ask for! FloridaPoolz.

Who they are

DVR Inc, trading as The DVR Group, works from Bandon Lane in Jupiter, Palm Beach County, on Florida pool contractor license CPC056840 — current since March 1996. Thirty years on the state's register, which is among the longest records on this directory. Their domain dates from 2014. Their own line is outdoor space designers: new pool construction, screen enclosures, spas, water features, outdoor living and servicing. 11 project photographs are published.

What the reviews say

Google has them at 5.0 from 9 reviews. Nine reviews cannot be set against the Florida average of 4.52 across 346 builders in any meaningful way — and for a company licensed since 1996, nine public reviews is a very thin record for thirty years of work.

Four of the nine name their professionalism and three the quality of the build.

The most valuable account is one written two years after the work: a customer describing a pool, hardscape and lanai installed by the owner and his team, and coming back to say it had held up. A review written at a two-year remove is worth several written in the first week, because it can see something they cannot.

Where they work

They publish pages for Tequesta, North Palm Beach, Seminole and Edgewater alongside the Jupiter base, and those pages are close variants of one template. New pools, screen enclosures, spas, water features, outdoor living and servicing across northern Palm Beach County.

Before you sign

Nine reviews cannot describe thirty years, so ask for four references spread across those years — one recent, one at five, one at ten, one older. A license running since 1996 means they exist, and almost nobody else on this directory can produce them. Ask for more than eleven photographs. Then the ordinary protections: scope and exclusions in writing, payments tied to inspected stages, a completion date, and the insurance certificate.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Is DVR Inc licensed in Florida?

Yes. Florida pool contractor license CPC056840 has been current since March 1996 — thirty years, among the longest on this directory. They trade as The DVR Group. Ask for the insurance certificate separately.

How much weight should I put on a 5.0 rating?

Little. Nine reviews cannot be compared with the 4.52 Florida average across 346 builders, and for a company licensed since 1996 it is a very thin record for the span of work behind it.

What is the most useful review?

One written two years after the work, describing a pool, hardscape and lanai that had held up. A review at that remove is worth several written in the first week, because it can see something they cannot.

What references should I ask for?

Four, spread across the years — one recent, one at about five, one at about ten, and one older. A 1996 license means they exist, and almost nobody else here can produce them.
