The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
We highly recommend Fountain Blue. We received quotes from several companies, and they offered the best value by far. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Dorothy was wonderful to work with during the design phase. She was always helpful, patient, and friendly, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Every crew that worked on our home was professional, courteous, and did excellent work. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and with how everything turned out. Thank you to the entire Fountain Blue team for a fantastic experience!
They claim they came and did service, but my outdoor cameras do not lie. Very crooked and corrupt company. They are unethical and are only in business to cheat the public. Master crooks! I unfortunately paid in full, and they failed to repay me for services never performed. Stay away from this company. They are the worst!
Working with Dianna was such a pleasure. She walked me through the process, design, color coordination..not to mention made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision. I recommend anyone considering a new pool installation, refurbishing, or refresh to give Fountain Blue Pool a call and ask to work with Dianna
My wife Celia and I recently moved back to our Florida roots from North Carolina, and one of the things we looked forward to most was having a pool again. Being an HVAC contractor myself, I know what to look for in trade professionals, so I interviewed four different pool companies. We found that Robin Sowinski with Fountain Blue Pools was far and away the most knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful sales consultant we encountered. She took the time to truly listen to our needs, guiding us through all the fine details we hadn't even thought of, and helped us design an incredible pool for our available space. We are incredibly excited for Fountain Blue Pools to start the installation and couldn't be happier with the fantastic experience Robin provided! — Keith & Celia Tatman
So excited to be working with Joanna who's the best in the business - blown away by the virtual meeting designing the pool and let's face it - the best company to do your pool with - I've only heard good things and seen the results all over or st Lucie - nice to see people doing what they love- great team.
We’ve been in our new home for about six months now. Fountain blue constructed our pool from the start of construction of the new build from GL In addition to building a high quality pool, the services after build has been great, which is very important to me Because of Dianna awesome customer service skills and knowledge, we felt comfortable in adding additional features to our pool. Dianna is 100% customer focused and extremely knowledgeable. There hasn’t been a single time that Dianna could not answer our questions in a very patient and professional manner. Fountain blue pool is LUCKY to have Dianna which is why we will continue to do business with the company. Thank you Dianna Harry

Fountain Blue Pools of West Palm Beach: 4.2 on Google from 445 reviews, award claim verified, and written pages for eleven towns across three counties.
Fountain Blue Pools works out of Blue Springs Road in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County. Their Florida contractor license, CPC1458668, was issued in April 2015 and is current, and unusually for this list it does not renew this month — theirs runs to 2028. The domain has been registered since 2003, so the name is older than the current license, which is ordinary and has innocent explanations. They describe themselves as family-owned, which is their own account and not something the public record settles. Two of their claims do check out: they are a licensed contractor, and their award claim has a published record behind it.
New pool construction, renovation of existing pools, repairs, ongoing service, spas and hot tubs, water features, outdoor living work, and commercial pools alongside residential. Eight lines, none with a page of its own, and twenty-four project photographs published. The claim to weigh carefully is the twenty-year warranty: no public record can confirm a warranty for any builder, and twenty years is long enough that the document matters far more than the headline. Ask what it covers, what it excludes, whether it survives a change of ownership at their end, and whether it transfers if you sell the house. They also describe themselves as licensed and insured — the license is real, insurance is not verifiable from outside, so ask for the certificate.
The best-documented service area on our list, and by a clear margin the best on the east coast. They publish their own written pages — written for each place, not one template with the name swapped — for Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Royal Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Loxahatchee, Palm City, Port St. Lucie, Stuart and Hobe Sound. Eleven places spanning Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. That is a documented footprint rather than a claim to cover the state, and it is worth trusting. They keep weekday hours and are closed at weekends. Their site is actively maintained: they were writing on it in the middle of this month, most recently about Grecian pool shapes.
Google has them at 4.2 from 445 reviews. The volume is what matters: four hundred and forty-five reviews is one of the two largest bodies of customer feedback on this list, and at that size a 4.2 is a settled fact about how this company usually performs rather than a run of luck. It sits about three tenths below the 4.52 Florida average, which on a sample this large is a real if modest gap — they are a solid performer rather than an exceptional one, and the number is trustworthy precisely because there is so much of it. Nine separate customers name their professionalism, the one theme clearing our floor. The detailed positive accounts are the useful kind: one from a customer who is an HVAC contractor himself and therefore knew what he was looking at, another from a homeowner whose pool was built alongside a new house by a production builder — a job with more moving parts than most. No complaint theme reaches our floor of two customers raising the same thing, so there is no recurring problem to report. One individual account is severe: a customer alleging that service visits were billed but not performed, contradicted by their own outdoor cameras. That is one reviewer out of 445 and it is not a pattern, but it is a specific and checkable kind of allegation, and if you take them on for ongoing service rather than construction it is worth asking how visits are logged and evidenced. On construction, the record across 445 customers is solid.
