Transformed My Backyard Dream into Reality I recently had the pleasure of working with Into H2O Pools and Spas, LLC to build a custom pool, hot tub with a waterfall, and a full enclosure—and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From concept to completion, Chris and Nancy went above and beyond to turn my ideas into a stunning, functional space. The quality of workmanship is exceptional. The waterfall creates a serene, relaxing atmosphere, and the hot tub has become my go-to spot to unwind each evening. Every element was designed and executed with care, blending beauty with practicality. What really impressed me was the seamless communication throughout the project. The entire team was professional, always on time, and respectful of my home. Any concerns were addressed right away, which made the process easy and worry-free. The attention to detail is second to none. It’s clear that they take great pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the final product. I’ve had countless compliments from friends and neighbors—it’s truly a showpiece. If you’re searching for a pool company that values quality, service, and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Into H2O Pools and Spas, LLC
Very bad contractor, stay away from these company! I will have to spend too much time giving reasons but is not worth my time. Trust me, not good. 0 stars.
We chose Into H2O Pools from several suppliers for a major pool refurbishment project in our community. It is clear we chose the best company based on our experience and feedback from all of our residents. Chris and Nancy worked with our committee from the very beginning to ensure we had a successful project kick off. They walked us through how to make decisions on materials and colors that met the approval of our resident representatives. Their experience and expertise made this process easy for us. We worked together on a detailed project plan to hold both parties accountable to. The plan was delivered on time without compromising the budget. All of the work met or exceeded the requirements and expectations of our committee. Their customer service is certainly a strength but what was really impressive was their team of sub-contractors. The sub-contractors seemed to have a very good and long-standing relationship with Into H2O Pools and were at the level of "best in the industry". I would highly recommend Into H2O Pools for any of your pool projects.
Horrible communication and no professionalism. Ruined my patio. Dont use!!!
My wife and I moved down to Florida at the very end of 2023 and one of the main things we wanted for our new house was a total backyard oasis - pool, spa, screened enclosure, covered patio and fenced-in yard. We met with quite a few pool companies but had a great connection with Chris and Nancy. They showed us a wide range of options, from pavers to coping to tile and were always easy-going and no pressure. Their price was right around the middle of the estimates, but we were sold on them. They left several crates of materials for us to take our time sorting through before ultimately deciding on the final finishes and never pressured us. We signed our contract sometime in late-January. Creation of the engineering plans, then subsequent county permits, and HOA architectural approval took until mid-April. That's just an unavoidable part of the process, especially considering how much work we were going to do, so it's important to be patient. Equipment showed up the first week in May and the entire construction effort got underway. Chris gave us plenty of reminders about gaps between the various construction phases and it was well-founded. Each phase has anywhere from a week to a couple of weeks between the next project. The weather, crew scheduling with other customers, material delivery and other factors, all affect the timing, so I'll reiterate how important it is to be patient. The pool, covered patio, screened enclosure and fencing were all completed mid-August, so the work moved along at a good pace once ground was broken. I want to point out all of the crews and their workmanship were amazing, but especially the tile, paving and PebbleTech surface crews. The quality of their work and finished product are incredible and our pool is a testament to their craft. My wife and I are outside practically every evening and I'm in the pool and/or spa at least once a day. Everything turned out even better than we expected and I cannot say enough good things about Chris, Nancy, or the many crews who did a tremendous job for us. We have neighbors who choose a different pool company and we know first-hand some of the major issues they've had. Going with H2O Pools helped us avoid the many nightmares I've witnessed elsewhere and I hope anyone reading this will take this message to heart.

Into H2O Pools & Spas of Cape Coral: licensed since 2014, three praise themes and no recurring complaint. FloridaPoolz.
Into H2O Pools & Spas works out of Cape Coral in Lee County, holding Florida pool contractor license CPC1458552, current since July 2014 — twelve years. Their state certification is verifiable on the register; the number one claim on their site is not. Their gallery was revised in April 2026 and the site was active into July.
New pool construction, renovation, repair and servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living work. No separate area pages are published, so Cape Coral and the surrounding Lee County coast is the working assumption. A full set of project photographs is published and kept current, which is more than most.
4.3 from 42 Google reviews, a little below the Florida pool builder average of 4.52 — a gap small enough that it says less than the review text does. Eight customers praised professionalism independently, five the build quality and three their keeping to schedule. No complaint theme was raised by two or more people.
Nothing recurs against them, and with three praise themes and no complaint themes the record is more positive than the bare score suggests. Twelve years of licensing with 42 reviews suggests a good deal of referral work. Ask how many pools they build in a typical year, and for two addresses in Lee County you can look at — their gallery is current, so ask which of those are recent and nearby.
