Let me start by saying I am not one of your customers (yet). I have a rental home in Cape Coral with a Heyward system. I called your company out of the blue when we 1st purchased our home and you sent out Keith. KEITH IS AMAZING, FANTASTIC, INCREDIBLE. I live out of state and whenever I have an issue, Keith, and Keller Pools, responds. Keith shows up when he promises and communicates extremely well. Keller Pools is EXTREMELY lucky to have him. I am in the "people business" and I know how important great representation & customer service is. If I was starting a pool company I would steal Keith.
I have been to many pool supplies places and more than once now I find myself back at Keller Pools. I usually go to a place closer to home, but not anymore. The experts at Keller make it worth the trip. I get great advice, fair pricing, and always the part I need when I need it. Hands down the best pool supply place in Cape Coral/Ft Myers area.
I have been going to Keller Pools for about 18 years now back when it was on Pine Island Rd and used to always be greeted by Sam! I have seen many people come and go But one thing that has always been true is that this family owned company goes above and beyond to treat all of their customers like they are part of the family . There is something special about mom and pop shops because they are dedicated and hardworking members of the community that always let you know you matter! They do both installation, troubleshooting, and of course sell supplies at their local stores. I sound like an ad LOL but when you find people that go out of their way to help you with a problem, and I mean out of their way, you need to shout them out. Happy holidays and thank you for all of your help from Vanessa in Northeast Cape. Stan and Steve I especially thank you.
