We recently had our pool installed by Koah Pools, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the process was surprisingly painless, and everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated the folder they provided with all the important information about the pool-building process-it was organized, informative, and helped us know what to expect every step of the way. Our pool turned out beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was communication regarding debris removal during construction. But we understood that some of that debris may not be removed. Overall, we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to install a pool. Their team was courteous, the quality of the finished product exceeded our expectations, and we’re looking forward to enjoying our new backyard oasis for years to come! Thank you Koah Pools!
Honest Review – Disappointed Despite Repairs I’ve hesitated to leave a negative review because the company has addressed every issue we’ve encountered since our pool build started. But after almost a year, the list of problems is long—and unfortunately, the resolution process has been frustrating from start to finish. Most recently, we had to have our cracking waterline glass tile replaced with porcelain. But this is just one of many issues we’ve faced. The biggest frustration has been that every time the company came out to fix something, it required constant follow-up and badgering just to get them to show up. And almost without fail, each visit to fix a problem seemed to create a new one. They’ve acid washed our pool three times now. Initially, it looks great—but the white streaks in our Tahoe Blue finish always return. I’ve maintained proper chemical balance since they completed the pool in November, so I know this isn’t a maintenance issue. I’m really concerned this is a sign of a deeper problem with the Marcite plaster, and that it will only worsen over time. While their pricing was competitive, communication has been poor throughout. Different crews were sent out each time—none of whom seemed invested in doing a thorough or lasting job. It felt like a constant cycle of fixing one issue just to uncover another. Continuing to find marcite pebbles in bottom of filter cartridge tank when cleaning filter so I think marcite may be deteriorating already… My advice is to continue looking and getting quotes from multiple companies and doing homework talking with previous customers before making your decision..
We recently had a new inground pool installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The installation was completed on schedule, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and they made sure everything was done exactly as promised. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new pool.
Had a truck from this business speed past me going at least 15 over and cut off several cars. Not sure about how "Professional" these guys are.
We recently completed a large-scale pool renovation/installation project with Logan Yandle and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, transparency, and skill. The project was completed on time and within the agreed-upon budget, which is a rare feat in construction. The quality of the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and proactive communication—especially regarding materials and scheduling—were outstanding. We highly recommend Koah Pools for anyone looking for a top-tier, reliable pool contractor who truly delivers a beautiful product. They exceeded all our expectations.
We had a new pool put in by Koah pools and Logan and Anthony were great. We love our new pool and we get a lot of compliments on it. They put in top of the line equipmt and showed us how to use it on our phone app. They were the lowest price too. The only downside was towards the end they needed to communicate more on what was going on. I would definitely hire them again

Learn everything about Koah Pools of Ocala — two Florida licenses, reviews, and what they build! FloridaPoolz.
Koah Pools works from North East 51st Court in Ocala, Marion County, on two current Florida pool contractor licenses — CPC1460543 since March 2024 and CPC1461375 since January 2026. The domain dates from March 2024, so the company and its first license are the same age. They build new pools and handle renovation, spas, water features and outdoor living. 16 project photographs are published.
Google has them at 4.7 from 22 reviews — close to two tenths above the Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory, which is a good record for a company two years old.
Six of the twenty-two name their professionalism and three say the job kept to schedule. Schedule-keeping is the most common complaint elsewhere on this list, so seeing it as praise counts for more than the number of mentions.
The one negative review is not about a pool at all: a driver saw one of their trucks speeding and cutting up traffic, and drew a conclusion about the company from it. It is a fair thing to notice and it tells you nothing about how they build.
New pool construction, renovation, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living, from Ocala across Marion County. They keep no separate town pages, so there is no published service-area list beyond that base.
With a license from March 2024, ask how long the team has been building pools and under what name before that — reviews follow the crew rather than the paperwork. Ask for the oldest pool they have finished. Ask which of the two licenses covers your job. The record is clean apart from a driving complaint, so the rest is ordinary: scope and exclusions in writing, payments tied to inspected stages, a completion date, and the insurance certificate.

Two current licenses: CPC1460543 since March 2024 and CPC1461375 since January 2026. Ask which covers your job, and ask for the insurance certificate separately.
4.7 from 22 Google reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52 across the 346 builders on this directory — close to two tenths above the middle, and a good record for a company about two years old.
A company truck seen speeding and cutting up traffic. It is a fair thing for a passer-by to notice and it says nothing about how they build a pool.
How long the team has been building pools and under what name before March 2024, and to see the oldest pool they have finished. Reviews follow the crew, not the license.
