Masterpiece Pools & Spa of SWFL, Inc. is an exceptional pool company. Deciding to add an inground pool, paver deck and pool cage is a big financial decision to make. We couldn’t be happier that we chose Masterpiece. They are professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They delivered on completion within a couple months. They showed up when scheduled, handled permitting, cleaned up the work site, and the pool passed inspection without issue. They understand how to run a business, and their customer service is extraordinary. Our backyard oasis is a beautiful addition to our home. A Million Thank You’s to Bill and Lee just aren’t enough!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Masterpiece pools. My husband and I got numerous bids for our pool and enclosure. Masterpiece was not our cheapest bid. But they also were not our highest bid. I will say they were a good middle ground price. Not for 1 moment have we been dissatisfied with the service and work we have received. We had a few add ons and Bill was on top of who to have for each item. And each of the contractors referred also did great work and were easy to work with. We are extremely satisfied with the work quality the timeliness and the communication throughout and that it all went even better than expected. I would give them a 5/5 rating and refer them to anyone. We have been enjoying the pool and spa since the beginning of May and will say we are very satisfied with the entire process. Thank you Bill and Lee for an awesome job and helping us build our great escape at home.
