Outback Pools did a truly fantastic job resurfacing and tiling our pool. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Their team communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and paid great attention to detail every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship really shows—the pool looks absolutely beautiful, and the tile and finish exceeded our expectations. It’s clear they take pride in their work and stand behind what they do. If you’re looking for a company you can trust to do the job right, I highly recommend Outback Pools. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
The next time your driver runs me out of the road we gonna have issues!
I contacted Joe Pachmayer with Outback Pools FL to get an estimate on remodeling a larger pool. After taking a careful look at the pool, he gave me something you don't always get these days-complete honesty. Joe explained that the pool has an older construction style with a concrete bottom and fiberglass sides, which he said can be structurally problematic and potentially unsafe. Instead of trying to sell me a remodel just to get the job, he was upfront and recommended that the better long-term solution would be removing it and building a new shotcrete pool. I truly appreciated his integrity and professionalism. It's rare to find someone who is willing to give honest advice rather than push for a project just to make money. That kind of transparency says a lot about a company. Thank you, Joe, for taking the time to explain everything so clearly. Highly recommend speaking with him if you want straightforward, honest advice about your pool.
I came across Outbacks page on facebook, called for an estimate, from that day I knew they were going to build our oasis. We had meet with other companies, but once we meet Nadia that’s was it lol. She took what we had in our head and brong it to life. From Helping us position the pool, colors and design. We were not easy ( since I can never make up my mind) but we got it and they delivered! From start to finish we could not be happier! The guys were great, lisa kept us informed and in 5 weeks I would say, our dream pool was complete. Now if only it was hot….. we cannot wait for the summer. Thanks once again Outback pools Everyone was fantastic ❤️
Outback Pools! Truly a one of a kind pool builder. From the initial start to the very end! This is a family owned business and they all enjoy their jobs especially the guys who came daily. You could tell that they were having a great time and loved what they do! We interviewed several pool companies. Our salesperson, Nadia, won our hearts and our bid with her knowledge and expertise regarding what we wanted in a pool. Ben and the construction crew kept us informed the whole way. And last, but not least was Lisa. She coordinated everything and everyone and let us know every piece of the timeline build. She is the only one we did not meet, but by the time it was complete, we felt like we truly knew her as a business associate, but more importantly, as a friend. She always had all the answers we needed with expertise and compassion! A truly special group of people! And we LOVE our new pool!
As a native Floridian, I've had a lot of pools in my life but never built one from scratch. I've heard all kinds of horror stories over the years about pool builders so I was a little trepidatious and did a lot of research before I decided to use Outback Pools. I'm happy to say I could not have had a better experience! They were here every single week and I got a text every Sunday letting me know what day they were going to be here and what was going to be done. The communication was absolutely outstanding throughout. The subcontractors they used for the cement and screens were also really great and very professional. I was so impressed with the owner of Outback and everyone who worked with him... This is an exceptional pool company who are honest, affordable, and follow through with their promises (my pool was completed before the original completion date in fact). Given that my neighbor hired a different pool company months before Outback started building my pool and her pool is still not completed and she's had all kinds of issues with that company, I feel very, very blessed that I went with Outback Pools for this project. I love my beautiful pool and waterfall! And I can see my horses while I'm swimming.... What could be better than that? 😊 Thank you, Outback team! So happy to be part of the family.

We checked Outback Pools of Ocala against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1459545, what they build, and where they stand.
Outback Pools works from NE 25th Avenue in Ocala, Marion County. Their Florida pool contractor license, CPC1459545, has been current since 2020 and runs to 2028. They describe themselves as family run, which is their own account of it.
Google shows 4.7 from 122 reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52 — above it, on a substantial body of customers rather than a handful. What those reviewers agree on is worth reading: eight name the way the crew conducted itself, five the standard of communication, four the quality of the finished build. No complaint recurs across enough separate customers to form a theme.
New pool construction, renovation, repair and ongoing service, with spas, water features and outdoor living work. Project photographs are published on the site, though fewer than most here. The number is (352) 789-8628.
Their website was last substantially changed in late 2025 and shows no activity after May 2026. That says nothing certain about how busy they are, but it does mean the gallery is not a current record of their work. Ask what they have finished this year.

NE 25th Avenue in Ocala, Marion County. They publish no individual town pages, so confirm the travel radius on a call to (352) 789-8628.
Not entirely. It was last substantially changed in late 2025 and shows no activity after May 2026, so treat the gallery as a portfolio rather than a record of recent work.
