Working with Palm Pools was a great experience. We. Were so excited to see our idea come to life in our yard. Adam, Oren, Cathy, and the team went straight to work and made our experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend them over any other pool construction businesses, as they were honest, reliable and helped us navigate through every step of the the pool construction. I always felt they were available to me for any and all questions and concerns. Most importantly, the project came out nicer than I could have imagined. Thank you all! You were amazing!!!
Taylor spends exactly 4 minutes on our pool!! I actually clean the tile and sides myself. He does add chemicals, but quit sending information to my e- Mail! He keeps the door open when he comes, there’s a sign not to, because lizards like to run inside. We wish we had Jeremy back, he was the best!!
We had such an easy experience working with Palm Pool and Spa, Adam provided a very thorough and detailed estimate that helped give me an idea of the process before we even started. We needed major work done and the entire team was quick, professional, and super responsive to our questions. We are very happy with how our pool and deck turned out!
I am paying 800 per months and he does not vacuum the pool , and I had to threaten to terminate to vacuum the fountain .
Palm Pool and Spa did an excellent job refurbishing our pool. This is a family company that truly cares about their work. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and the team was always reliable—showing up on time and consistently being there as promised. The quality of the work was very good, especially the tiling. When we had a concern about the grout lines, the manager, Oren, came out and corrected it perfectly without hesitation. Communication was also great—they always answered calls or returned texts promptly. We were especially impressed with the after-service during the curing process. The team continued to come out and make sure everything was done properly. Overall, a very professional and reliable company. We are very happy with our pool and highly recommend Palm Pool and Spa.
I've learned over the years to not rate companies immediately. Give it some time and things become clearer. This project was technically done back in January. We contracted Palm Pool and Spa convert our concrete deck with overlay to porcelain pavers and to update our pool with pebble tech , create a sun deck, install new equipment and fix some preexisting issues. We felt more comfortable going with one contractor who did the entire project versus one doing the deck and the other doing the pool. No finger pointing. I can't say everything thing went perfectly but very few projects of this magnitude ever do. Despite a few hiccups Palm Pool and Spa steppped up each time in a very appropriate manner to get things resolved. They even fixed a couple of unexpected issues that technically fell outside the scope of their project just to keep the project moving forward. I have to say they have been one of the quickest contractors we have used in coming back to address any concerns after the project was completed. No need to try and track them down, they are usual out with a couple of days to get things sorted out. The advice I give you is not unique to Palm Pool and Spa but applicable to any major project on your property: clearly layout expectations at the beginning. Determine who is responsible for what during the project ahead of time so that if or when things come up there is no confusion. Don't assume anything. Big projects mean big demolition, which affect not only the area being worked on but all surrounding areas and structures. Discuss with your contractor what they are responsible for and not. Work together with your contractor to put together a plan to limit any possible damage. All in all we love our new outdoor space. Palm Pool and Spa did a great job for us, so much so that we contracted them to maintain our weekly pool service when the project was complete. So far, we are very happy with that service as well.

We checked Palm Pool and Spa of Wellington against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1458139, what they build, and where they stand.

Google shows 4.8 from 109 reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52 — clearly above it, on a substantial record. Three reviewers name the way the crew conducted itself and three the standard of communication. No complaint recurs across enough separate customers to form a theme, and on a body of 109 that absence is worth something.
They publish area pages across Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties — Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach and more. Those pages share a template with the town changed, so read the list as the area they will quote for rather than as evidence of work in each one, and settle the radius on the call.
