THE ABSOLUTE BEST POOL COMPANY! Don't waste your time looking Pipeline Pools from start to finish did an outstanding job! Our pool was completed in just 60 days. This is a very talented family run company and having the owner on site every day was perfection!!! Thank you to ALL at Pipeline who truly made our backyard a paradise 💙 ✨️
After three months of back and forth with a salesman that continuously blew us off , threw tantrums when we had questions , and kept delaying the delivery of a contract so he could continue to increase our price we decided to go to the owner. We were very serious in purchasing the pool, we placed a down payment on a fence , got everything squared away with financing , but when we get to the owner he says “ we don’t want to go under contract with someone that is dissatisfied “. Okay so now after waiting on them for three months and getting all these ducks in a row to make it happen ONLY NOW do they “not want to go under contract”. Clearly selling , guest service , and professionalism is not a quality found here.
Pipeline Pools has provided the best service-of any kind-that we have had since moving to Vero over a year ago. They are attentive to detail, on time, and most of all, really CARE. This is a company where the owner is extremely knowledgeable and 'hands-on' with many of the complex pieces of building and maintaining a pool. Highly recommend Pipeline Pools.
Pipe Line Pools designed and installed our pool. We knew when we met the owner, he was the contractor we would want to do the job. Bill helped us and guided us from start to finish. Very happy customers.
Professional and timely work. If you want your pool done right the first time. You can’t go wrong with pipeline.
We checked Pipeline Pools & Pavers of Vero Beach against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1457844, what they build, and where they stand.
Pipeline Pools & Pavers works from 46th Court in Vero Beach, Indian River County. Their Florida pool contractor license, CPC1457844, has been current since 2009 — a long unbroken registration, and the sturdiest fact on this profile. Pavers and hardscape sit alongside the pool work, which is a useful combination if the deck and surround matter as much to you as the water.
Google shows 4.3 from 6 reviews, a little under the Florida average of 4.52. Six reviews is too thin to carry a verdict either way: at that size a single disappointed customer moves the score by more than the gap to the average, so it is not evidence of a pattern. No theme recurs across enough separate customers to report. Against that, the license has been held continuously since 2009, which is a longer record than the reviews reach.
New pool construction and renovation, repair, spas, water features and outdoor living areas, with paving and hardscape as a stated part of the business rather than a subcontracted afterthought. They publish 24 project photographs, so the finish work is there to look at before you call — (772) 321-6512. Their site says licensed and insured; the license checks out, and insurance is theirs to evidence, so ask for the certificate.
