February 17, 2025 Update: It has been 16 months since the completion of our pool, patio and lanai. I think it is worth mentioning what happens AFTER the pool is turned over, and the company has been paid. Pool and Patio has provided exceptional service both during our one year warrantee, and even after the warrantee expired. A few of the items were settled travertine pavers, a PVC return leak, and stuck valve on the spa. Each request was promptly addressed and repaired within days. This is a small enough business to have access to the owner, but enough experienced staff to do the work professionally. If you're looking for peace of mind this is the pool company. June, 2024: Normally when we select a project of this scale we solicit multiple quotes. Because the pool, spa, patio and lanai are such a critical part of our outdoor Florida living we selected Pool & Patio based on our level of trust. We are so glad we did. They educated us on the entire process, and we worked closely on a custom pool design. We have limited space and used every inch to create a perfect oasis. Pool and Patio delivered a seamless installation experience for us. There were slight adjustments that needed to be made upon completion. Pool & Patio finished the punch list before we had to ask. In the end we couldn't have been happier with the result. Our sliding glass doors open on to the patio, outdoor kitchen and pool to define our home. If you're considering a pool I would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the work Pool and Patio Works performed on our pool renovation in April/May of 2025. The completed project resulted in an impressive look of the lanai area, pool, spa and waterfall. We would highly recommend this company. Kyle met with us initially to discuss in detail our project requirements. Kyle was easy to work with as we went through the quoting process, some revisions to the quote as the result of our selections of the lanai marble, pool tile, the finishes to the inside of the pool, spa, spa waterfall, etc. We had a specific starting timeline that we wanted them to commit to, and they kept their word and started on that exact day. Travis oversaw the work, supplying a timeline at the beginning of the project listing the work that was to be accomplished each week. They met each milestone and completed the project on time as they said they would from our initial meeting. Travis was also easy to work with, keeping us informed as the project proceeded as well as soliciting our input when a decision needed to be made. Each of the crews that they employ to perform the various aspects of the renovations are very skilled and talented at their professions.

If you are looking for a pool contractor, look no further than Travis and his team at Pool and Patio Works. I had reservations about taking on this project but after seeing the finished product, PPW gave my wife and I exactly what we had envisioned. Travis gave us a timeline of when and what would happen throughout the project, and finished the pool when he said they would finish. He was also was very honest and told me what he would, and would not do, rather than just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. His workers craftsmanship is second to none, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Not to mention, they are very respectful and cleaned up the job site best they could after each days work. I could go on about how please we are, but I will end with this. It is gratifying to finally find a contractor that does what he says he’ll do, in the time he’s says that he’ll do it, within the cost he says it will cost.
