My wife and I are very satisfied with the work Pool and Patio Works performed on our pool renovation in April/May of 2025. The completed project resulted in an impressive look of the lanai area, pool, spa and waterfall. We would highly recommend this company. Kyle met with us initially to discuss in detail our project requirements. Kyle was easy to work with as we went through the quoting process, some revisions to the quote as the result of our selections of the lanai marble, pool tile, the finishes to the inside of the pool, spa, spa waterfall, etc. We had a specific starting timeline that we wanted them to commit to, and they kept their word and started on that exact day. Travis oversaw the work, supplying a timeline at the beginning of the project listing the work that was to be accomplished each week. They met each milestone and completed the project on time as they said they would from our initial meeting. Travis was also easy to work with, keeping us informed as the project proceeded as well as soliciting our input when a decision needed to be made. Each of the crews that they employ to perform the various aspects of the renovations are very skilled and talented at their professions.
I've had these guys as my pool service for 5 years now and they have been going way down hill. The cutting corners with maintenance before and after they divided their company into this team and Allied. They have a tracking system and I have caught their guys on multiple occasions coming and taking a picture and leaving to sit in their car out front so the tracking software shows them on location for a longer period of time. They have been maintaining my chemicals poorly and my pool has become full of algae multiple times while they are here monitoring weekly. DO Not ever use this company, I have also asked for a bid to update my pool 2-3 times and no one has ever shown up or quoted. There are much better companies in Naples, I would use any other one.
February 17, 2025 Update: It has been 16 months since the completion of our pool, patio and lanai. I think it is worth mentioning what happens AFTER the pool is turned over, and the company has been paid. Pool and Patio has provided exceptional service both during our one year warrantee, and even after the warrantee expired. A few of the items were settled travertine pavers, a PVC return leak, and stuck valve on the spa. Each request was promptly addressed and repaired within days. This is a small enough business to have access to the owner, but enough experienced staff to do the work professionally. If you're looking for peace of mind this is the pool company. June, 2024: Normally when we select a project of this scale we solicit multiple quotes. Because the pool, spa, patio and lanai are such a critical part of our outdoor Florida living we selected Pool & Patio based on our level of trust. We are so glad we did. They educated us on the entire process, and we worked closely on a custom pool design. We have limited space and used every inch to create a perfect oasis. Pool and Patio delivered a seamless installation experience for us. There were slight adjustments that needed to be made upon completion. Pool & Patio finished the punch list before we had to ask. In the end we couldn't have been happier with the result. Our sliding glass doors open on to the patio, outdoor kitchen and pool to define our home. If you're considering a pool I would highly recommend this company.
After years (about 5) of being a loyal customer, a route manager took it upon himself to vilify me in the most disrespectful way through an Email over a complaint I had with one employee in the billing department. Instead of calling me to resolve the issue he sent me a nasty email. And his final action is what leads me to this review. He pulled the technician from my property without notice. I always had a great experience while the owner was involved with day to day operations. Then all a sudden unacceptable problems started to happen. Missed weeks that caused the pool to turn green. Being charged for a broken pump item after the technician told me he broke it by accident. That is when the new lady in billing started with shady billing practices. The only reason I believe that a route manager would have been angry to respond over a complaint is they must be more than coworkers. But to stop servicing a customer over a complaint is absolutely bad business. Only my opinion. After years of being with the gentleman who started this company and was excited to watch grow it's hard to say I can no longer recommend them to anyone. This was a perfect example of what will happen when you put money before the people who pay it.

From managing the scope, budget, and schedule flawlessly to always responding promptly to any questions, their dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. They completely turned our project around, creating a stunningly beautiful pool that exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed that we’ve also hired Pool And Patio Works for our weekly pool cleaning. They consistently arrive on time, keep us informed of any concerns, and provide the best solutions for maintaining our pool. If you are looking to ever actually get your pool project started, look elsewhere. Had someone out here in FEBRUARY to scope the project. They followed up with inaccurate renderings. It then took weeks to hear back (as I would find out would be a trend with them). When they finally provided a proposal, it was again not even close to the project we discussed. I again had to chase them down. I was told a revised proposal would be forthcoming. We are now in mid-August and after following up several times no revised proposal and no response was received from Pool & Patio Works. Moving on.
