We had a great experience with Proline. Lynne and Joe were extremely helpful and attentive. It was a smooth installation and it looks fantastic. We would highly recommend Proline to anyone who is thinking of a pool. Thanks, Joe and Lynne
Stay away from this Robert guy. Called to inquire about pool leak issue. He was free right away to “check the spa” most likely the source. I ask price, he demurs, starts working. Brushes off my requests for quote or full plan or plan?? I finally press him… I need a price ? He finds leak in Spa with sonar. He’s just working on spa. He patches the spa as agreed. Waves a plastic tube in my face: this stuff is expensive. Wants $250. Fine. He promises to come back. Checks pool on cloudy day less than 24 hours with pool cage. Says I’m fine he says. Lost just over 1/4 inch. Cloudy cool day. Call him back to follow up. Losing ton of water. Willing to pay him more. But he’s quotes me Just off street prices for leak detection. Like to start all over. Interesting that he didn’t use his leak detection sound equipment to verify he solved spa leak?? Nope. Paid and gone.
We recently completed a custom pool project with Proline Pools, and we are absolutely in love with the result. The design perfectly captures our vision and feels like an extension of our home—elevated, relaxing, and one-of-a-kind. Joe was involved every step of the way and made us feel confident in our decisions, and Lynne was consistently responsive and professional. The finished product is beautiful, and it has quickly become our favorite space to relax, entertain, and enjoy Florida living. We appreciate the care that went into this project and are happy to recommend Proline Pools to others looking for a thoughtful and personalized pool experience.
Robert was recommended to me by my pool cleaner when my pool was drained for no apparent reason. He came right out, did a thorough diagnostic check and fixed the issue and explained the cause. He also pointed out that my pool light was broken (just bought the home) and put in some amazing LED lights. I liked his work and service I had him fix and update lights at my parents’ home. 👍🏼
Proline Pools were extremely punctual when helping me build my new pool. Being a new home owner it is extremely tough to find a reliable, honest and professional contractor for pools in Cape Coral. I enjoyed the variety of pool packages they offer and how accommodating the office staff were throughout my project. I will recommend this pool contractor to all those who are looking for a great pool built by great people.
Proline did an amazing job with my new pool. Field and office employees were attentive, great communication, great customer service, and more importantly a great looking pool. I will definitely be recommending Proline to all of my friends and family
We checked Proline Pools of Cape Coral against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1461166, what they build, and where they stand.
Proline Pools works from SW 9th Place in Cape Coral, Lee County. Their Florida pool contractor license, CPC1461166, was issued in August 2025, and the company's website has been running since late 2023.
Google shows 4.6 from 18 reviews, a shade above the Florida average of 4.52. Eighteen customers is a moderate sample — enough to show a pattern, not enough to settle it — and no single theme recurs across enough separate reviewers to name. With a license a year old, the reviews are the thinner half of the picture: ask for addresses of pools finished since August 2025 and go and look at them.
New pool construction, renovation and ongoing service, with screen enclosures, spas, water features and outdoor living work. Screen enclosures matter in Cape Coral — a cage is often part of the same job, and a builder who does both saves you coordinating two trades. Project photographs are published on the site. The number is (239) 848-7065.
