The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Rosmel Pools, Inc. for their excellent work. From the very first moment, they demonstrated impeccable professionalism, coupled with truly exceptional customer service. I especially want to acknowledge Zulein, who, as the sales representative, was always on top of the entire process and guided me through each stage with kindness and immense patience, clarifying all my questions. I also want to thank the construction managers, Alfredo and Waldy, who provided exceptional and highly professional service, taking care of every detail and ensuring that everything was done correctly. Likewise, I want to recognize Jorge for his excellent work on the concrete deck; the quality is impressive, and his attention to detail truly made all the difference. Throughout the entire project, the team, including its owner, Rosmel, showed incredible attention to detail, unwavering respect for the client, and constant communication. They always responded to calls and messages promptly, which made the whole process much smoother and more reliable. The quality of the materials, as well as the project's finishes, are simply incredible. They completely exceeded my expectations. I am more than pleased and satisfied that I chose them. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
I had my pool built with Rosmel Pools a little over three years ago, and in August the pool pump broke down. What frustrated me the most was finding out that the warranty had expired in June — less than two months earlier. The company only works with Jandy pumps and did not provide me with any other option except replacing the entire pump, which I find unacceptable given the short lifespan. I expected higher-quality equipment and better customer support for a pool that is just over three years old. This experience gives the impression that there is little concern for the customer once the installation is completed.
Working with Rosmel Pools has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship truly set them apart in the industry. The entire process—from the initial design to the final installation—was smooth, transparent, and extremely well-coordinated. I want to give special thanks to their office team, who were always patient and helpful, taking the time to explain every detail and answer all my questions clearly. Their guidance made the entire project easy to understand and completely stress-free. I also want to recognize the project supervisors, who ensured that everything on site was executed with precision and high standards. They kept the project on track, communicated clearly, and made sure every step met our expectations. The final result exceeded what we imagined. The pool is beautiful, functional, and built with top-quality materials and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Rosmel Pools to anyone looking for a reliable company that delivers outstanding results. Thank you for making our vision a reality!
Oh, these guys. They did my neighbor’s pool, so I figured I’d give them a shot, again. The first time around, they were absurdly overpriced compared to literally every competitor. I even sent them three apples-to-apples proposals (same pool, same materials, same everything) and they still couldn't match. Spoiler: they lost the job. Fast forward to today, new project, new chance. I sent them everything, the survey, soil boring, a detailed description of exactly what i wanted, even a photo. Their response? Seven copy-paste 3D renderings of the same generic pool that had nothing to do with what I asked for. When I asked for an actual rendering that reflected my specs? Cue the vanishing act. Is this a Miami contractor rite of passage? Be unresponsive, ignore details, ghost when questioned? Business must be booming if ghosting potential clients is the new strategy. My neighbor’s about to start a pool too—told them to run in the opposite direction. Sorry, not sorry.
EXCEPTIONAL! From the initial consultation with the owner to the final completion of the pool, every step of the process was nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism and dedication displayed by the entire team, Including the owner (Marcos) and his assistant Lily, were truly remarkable. Throughout the construction phase, I was kept informed and involved, ensuring that my expectations were always met. Despite encountering minor setbacks such as permit revisions and weather delays, the project was completed within a reasonable timeframe of just 4 months, which speaks volumes about the efficiency and competence of Rosmel Pools. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking a fast and high-quality pool installation. I would like to extend a special thank you to Lizette and Sheldon for their outstanding service and support throughout the project. Their commitment to excellence truly sets Rosmel Pools apart in the industry.
I had my pool built by them, and after 8 or 10 months I noticed stains. I called them several times explaining the problem. After so many days and so much persistence, the owner came in person. I explained the stains to him; the water's pH was fine, and he finally said he didn't know and that he was going to send some guys. I called, waited, and a year passed. To prevent any problems, I gave up. In Pinche Peny, nobody could figure out what it was. I decided to go in with a mask and I could see that the stain wasn't there. What was happening was that the coping (I don't know how to spell it) was the problem. I noticed there were more large, grayish grains than fine, whitish ones, and that was the so-called stain. I always saw a lot of whitish dust in the filter, and I thought it was strange how there's sand that cars blow up, but it was the coping. Another thing, the people who filled the hole just pushed the dirt down and said that their job was just to cover it up, and the paving sank, and now all I have left is the desire to... I haven't bulldozed it, and I haven't done it because of my children, who were the reason for its construction.

We checked Rosmel Pools of Homestead against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1458911, what they build, and where they stand.
Rosmel Pools works from SW 207th Avenue in Homestead, at the southern end of Miami-Dade. Their Florida pool contractor license, CPC1458911, has been current since 2016, and the company has held the same domain since 2008 — so the trading history runs longer than the license date alone suggests.
Google shows 4.0 from 75 reviews. The Florida average across the builders here is 4.52, so they sit half a point under it — on a sample of 75 that is a settled figure rather than a run of luck, and it deserves to be read as such. Five reviewers name the way the crew conducted itself on site and three the quality of the finished build. No complaint recurs across enough separate customers to name a cause, so the gap is not attached to any single agreed failure. With 75 reviews there is enough to read for yourself; twenty minutes sorted by lowest first will tell you more than the average does.
New pool construction, renovation, and commercial work. Commercial pools are a distinct capability — an HOA, hotel or community pool is a different job from a backyard build, and not every residential builder takes them on. They describe themselves as licensed and insured: the license is on the public record and checks out, and insurance is not something a public register confirms, so ask to see a current certificate. The number is (305) 592-7900.
