So this is a young company on any measure, and the honest thing to say up front is that there is very little independent evidence about them either way — three reviews is not a record, it is a start.

What they build

New pool construction, commercial pools, renovation, spas and outdoor living. The commercial capability is uncommon among the builders here and unusual for a company this new, so it is worth asking what commercial work they have actually completed. Where they work

Naples and Collier County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is nothing documenting the reach — confirm your own address by phone. What they do publish is a substantial set of photographs of their own work, and on a profile with three reviews that is the most useful thing here: it lets you judge the finish directly rather than through somebody else's description.

What the record shows

Google has them at a flat 5.0 from three reviews. Three is too few to support any conclusion at all — a flat five on three reviews and a flat five on three hundred are not the same claim, and only the second one means anything against the 4.52 average across Florida's builders. So take the score as no evidence rather than as good evidence. What the accounts do offer is detail worth having: one describes a backyard renovation and calls the service exceptional; another, who says they have worked with other builders in the area, singles out being organised, scheduling tasks ahead of time to keep things moving, and being straightforward about them. Being told in advance what happens next is one of the most common failures on this list, so a customer naming it specifically is worth more than the star rating it came attached to. No complaint appears from anyone, which on three reviews tells you essentially nothing. This is a company to look at rather than to rule in or out from a screen. Ask for addresses of pools they have finished and go and see one; ask what commercial work they have actually delivered, given they advertise it; and get the warranty in writing with its term and who honours it. On a three-year-old license with three reviews, what you verify yourself is the whole of the evidence.
