⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Skipper Pools. After reaching out regarding my pool drain covers, Logan Skipper personally came out and made sure the correct drain covers were installed. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What really impressed me was that they stood behind their work and made sure everything was done correctly. It’s refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and safety, even after the pool has already been completed. Thank you to Logan and the entire Skipper Pools team for the excellent service. I highly recommend Skipper Pools to anyone looking for a company that takes pride in its workmanship and customer service.
They seemed pretty good. Were ready to sign a contract. Until they fell totally off the face of the earth. No answer to emails, texts, calls. No pickup on the office numbers. No return of messages left. Not even a response that they were too busy to do the work. Wouldn’t respond to us or our builder. I can only presume they had some kind of medical issue and just disappeared. Thank goodness we were one step away from giving them any money. That would have completely disappeared as well I guess. I hope they’re physically ok!
If you are looking for any kind of pool work from design/construction to maintenance then Skipper Pools would be the perfect fit. They were more than perfect for us. The quality of their work is impeccable. I never had a question go unanswered or a problem not fixed. Not only are their prices competitive but they genuinely love what they do and it shows in their work. Highly recommend using them for any future pool needs you may have!
If I could give negative stars I would. This company does not honor their contracts and are unethical. They have poor workmanship and the amount of time it took to complete the pool was ridiculous. When my father was sick they would not speak to me personally when I took over my parents renovations and refused to listen to my parents when they had discussed there pool was leaking multiple times. Since then they had to hire multiple people including pipe repair company's and a landscaper to re do the grading (never brought back to its original state) and spent a large cost to do so. DON'T RECOMMEND! STEER CLEAR !
Craig and his team are the best in this area! I am usually skeptical having people work in or around the house but there was no need to worry with them. They communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we were getting what we wanted, showed up consistently, and were incredibly thorough! They also got the job done on time (not easy to find these days). My friends and family will be using them in the future, can’t recommend them enough!
I spent over 100k for a beautiful pool and lanai. It looked beautiful when finished. However since the first day we have been complaining of a water leak. They came several times and said there is no leak. I had 3 companies come and all 3 said we had several leaks. We finally hired a very good company that found out that the main pipe was cracked causing leaks. Instead of filling it in with cement it was filled with gravel and tree trunks etc. It cost me $6000 to repair a bran d new pool. I would never use Skipper pools as their warranty is not honored. They hire subs and the work was not done correctly Ironically my pool which I designed was they main pool they used on their web site They have since removed it.

We checked Skipper Pools of North Fort Myers against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1457229, what they build, and where they stand.
Skipper Pools works from Bonita Boulevard in North Fort Myers, Lee County. Their Florida pool contractor license, CPC1457229, has been current since 2006 — twenty years unbroken — and it is qualified in the family name the company trades under. They publish an area page for Sanibel.
Google shows 3.4 from 16 reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52. That is the widest gap on this page and it deserves stating plainly rather than softening. Two of the sixteen raise the quality of the finished build — two out of sixteen is a real proportion, and build quality is the expensive thing to get wrong. Sixteen reviews is a small body of evidence, so it is a caution rather than a verdict on twenty years of trading; but it is a caution pointing at the most important part of the job.
Read all sixteen; it takes ten minutes and it is the only way to find out whether they describe one bad period or something ongoing. Then ask for addresses of pools finished in the last year, go and look at them, and ask who will actually be on your site. Their project pages show work in progress with dates, which is more than most builders publish and worth going through.
