The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Shawn installed my new Pentair chlorinator, replacing a unit that had failed and was leaking badly. Shawn installed and completely checked out the new unit, ensured that all fittings were secured with no leaking, and then took me on a tour of the new unit to explain its operation. Just head and shoulders above the service level I have received from other pool companies in my area. Shawn was professional, responsive, accommodating, and courteous. All of this at a great price. I highly recommend Trident Pool Solutions and will be using them for any pool construction, maintenance, or service that I may need in the future.
I had them cleaning my pool for yrs and I paid quarterly. How unscrupulous Will is he shows up like normal tells me he is no longer going to do Sarasota pools. Now the check had just left my acct the week before and after numerous tries Will refused to respond to my call and my texts just to have him return my check. That is not a good businessman. To this date he has yet to send me my money for services he never did. So when hiring this company and other pool company make sure you just pay month and never trust another soul. What a terrible thing to do to a widow once again another man screwed me and I just hope all learn lesson!!!

You did a remarkable job the way you handled our needs and always used a proactive approach when needed. As usual, all projects come with obstacles but Trident handled each one promptly. Trident Pools Solution came to my house and a knowledgeable and helpful technician, looked and took pictures and I received a very competitive quote for an electric pool heater. The technician that installed the heater was very methodical and measured to make sure it was working correctly and also explained how it works and how to adjust the temperature settings. They all from the staff to the technicians were great and went above and beyond my expectations. Jimmy
