The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
First thing for anyone looking for an outstanding pool contractor is to disregard the only one star review posted by another individual. Some people are never going to be happy. My wife and I were rescued from an absolute disaster concerning a previous contractor by Mike and Dain of Tropical Haven Pool and Spa. These two dedicated and hard working veteran's went out of their way to keep us informed of every step taking place, from ripping up the defective pool and patio that was installed less than a year ago by an incompetent contractor, to performing absolutely nothing short of a miracle installing and completing a new pool, cage and concrete patio during the stormy, hot Florida summer. For perspective of how these two work, our previous incompetent contractor took almost a year and a half to defectively install our pool, when Mike and Dain got the job they took approximately 90 days from rip out to a complete reinstall and it looks phenomenal. There aren’t enough positive words in the dictionary to describe the work ethic and quality of two veterans who take pride in the work they perform and it shows. My wife and I are very thankful for the hard work and dedication to our project. Don’t hesitate to call Mike and Dain at Tropical Pool and Spa if your’re looking for a solid, beautiful fiberglass pool installation!!!!
