West Palm Pools of Jupiter: licensed since 2005, 90 reviews, and why the individual ones matter here. FloridaPoolz.
West Palm Pools works out of Jupiter in Palm Beach County, holding Florida pool contractor license CPC1457028, current since April 2005 — twenty-one unbroken years. Their web presence dates to 2011 and the site was revised in August 2026. Their licensed contractor status checks out on the register; the number one claim does not.
New pool construction, renovation, repair and servicing, spas, water features, screen enclosures and outdoor living work, with commercial pools alongside residential — a complete offer. They publish pages written for twelve towns across Palm Beach County, from Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens down to Boca Raton and across to Wellington and Royal Palm Beach.
4.1 from 90 Google reviews, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52 — four tenths below the field, on a body of feedback large enough to be a settled pattern rather than a rough patch. No individual theme reached the reporting floor in either direction: nothing recurs as a complaint, and nothing recurs as a strength either. The record is a spread of individual experiences.
With no theme in either direction, the average tells you less here than almost anywhere and the reviews themselves tell you more — read the one and two star accounts in full, because that is where the difference between a 4.1 and a 4.6 actually sits. Only a handful of project photographs are published for a company with twenty-one years behind it, so ask for two recent addresses in your own town. And ask who runs builds day to day now.

The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I was having my pool serviced by another company it was a horrible experience I gradually saw a decline in my pools water quality zero circulation, I was about to replace the entire pump system! Then I found POOL DR.! my pool is circulating again! The basket is constantly being emptied now and it’s crystal clear! I’m AMAZED the care and quality you’re getting is unmatched. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Our original quote for a Latham fiberglass pool from the Pool Doctors and Dean was far less and ended up costing way more then originally expected. The first day of construction, we were told that trees needed to be cut back and that the plumbing to our house would have to be moved in order to continue. This was not told to us prior to the first day of construction. When we asked why we were not told this, they told us that it was in our contract that any landscaping in the way and irrigation needed to be addressed prior to the start of construction. Since it was never addressed that our palm trees were in the way and that the general plumbing to our house was included in what they meant by irrigation, we had to pay the subcontractor an additional $800 to do this in order to continue construction. During the construction, there was what seemed to be no notation of our well, and so after all the construction crew drove over our well multiple times, they broke a pipe and left us with out water. Throughout the process, we kept having to pay more money for various different things like electrical work. The site was left with trash piles that, after hoping the company would clean them up, did not for weeks. I ended up cleaning the pile up myself. To our surprise, the pool was filled with our neighbor's small gross catfish filled pond water, and upon the final cleaning, there was still algae left. 6 month post completion review: Our pool is uneven, which you can clearly tell when it rains; our pavers have a giant hole right by the drain. When we reached out to Pool Dr., they determined that it was our fault because it was a drainage and grading issue rather than an issue with the paver installation itself, and recommended we have our landscaper evaluate the area and determine the best corrective solution. Which is odd because the drain that they installed jets out on one end and has no issues, and on the other end it stops right where the pavers are and that's where the hole is.
Dean from Pool Doctor was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He monitored every step of the way from purchase to install!! Dean sold us the pool AND Dean physically went with us to pick our decking AND Dean was the one who followed up on every step AND Dean was even the one who took care of every question we had when we called the office! Dean was available to us 24/7!!!!! AND Dean sent out the cleaners to clean the pool in minutes after we told him installers were done! Dean is truly is a great person who was kind and proactive with all our needs! HE DID IT ALL AND DID IT GREAT!! The deck installers worked amazingly hard from dawn to dusk and they worked holidays and weekends - you just do not see such dedication these days so we are very thankful for Dean and the hard working installers and pool cleaners!!!!
Worst pool company ever. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Not false. We had to find someone else to fix the mess you left. Hope you stop scamming others.
