We invest real, ongoing effort in presenting the most accurate and complete picture the public record allows — and we say plainly where that record falls short, rather than dress it up as certainty. Perfect data is not something any directory can honestly promise from public sources alone. The one party who can make a listing truly complete is the contractor it describes. When a contractor or homeowner points out a problem, we act on it in good faith and correct verified issues promptly — because we are doing this for the benefit of contractors and the community both. Mistakes can still happen despite that effort, and when they do, this is how we put them right.
