I could t be more impressed with my experience with Pools by Bradley. From the very beginning, everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and genuinely committed to making sure our project went smoothly. One thing that stood out for me, was their willingness to accommodate changes. Building a pool is a huge commitment, so when my husband and I decided to make last minute changes to add some fire features to our project, instead of making it difficult or turning it into a stressful situation, they happily worked with us to make it happen, and somehow still managed to keep our original timeline! The quality of work was exceptional, and I was equally impressed by the vendors they use. Every crew that came onto my property was professional, respectful and treated my home respectfully too. I would highly recommend Pools by Bradley to anyone considering a pool. Great quality, amazing follow ups and a thoughtful design process!
Pools By Bradley New Smyrna Beach has been outstanding starting from design to finish. We met Jordan Mears first and were impressed with his ability to put our ideas and desires into a conceptual design that nailed it! He kept us apprised of how permitting was progressing, and once that happened the full force of PBBNSB was set in motion! All of the crews that came for each stage of the build were timely, friendly, professional, and talented. It was obvious that they were all proud to be working for PBB as I spoke with them. Joe Chuparkoff leading the team kept the project moving right along seamlessly and answered all our questions. Communications with the office, emails, and texts kept us informed of everything that was happening throughout all the various stages. Our Golden Retriever (a swimmer of course!) enjoyed supervising the crews also, as they were all dog people! Topping it off with a visit from Meagan today with a bag of goodies was a sweet surprise! We’re here retired from Northern Michigan to be where our grandson is. Family fun continues, THANKS PBB!
From start to finish working with Pools by Bradley was an exceptional experience. Their team brought professionalism, expertise, and genuine care to every step of the process. They didn't just build a pool, they created a beautiful outdoor space that completely transformed our backyard. The design phase will seamless. They really listened to our ideas, made thoughtful recommendations and delivered a plan that exceeded our expectations. Throughout construction, communication was clear and consistent, and the project stayed on track with impressive attention to detail. What truly stood out was the quality of their craftsmanship. Every element from tile work to finishing touches was done with precision and pride. It's clear, they take their work seriously and aim for perfection. Customer support has been fantastic, responsive, helpful and committed to ensuring everything is just right. If you're looking for a company that combines skill, integrity and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Pools by Bradley. They turned our vision into reality and we couldn't be happier with the result!

Pools By Bradley of Lake Mary: license CPC1457923 since 2009, all 128 Google reviews at top marks against a 4.52 state average, and 24 projects on show.
Pools By Bradley works from International Parkway in Lake Mary, Seminole County, north of Orlando. Their Florida certified pool contractor license, CPC1457923, has been on record since August 2009 and shows current — seventeen years. The domain goes back further, to May 2001, and the site was being archived by 2003. Seventeen years of licensed building and twenty-five of web presence in Central Florida, and the review record below is the best on this entire list.
Six service lines: new pool construction, renovation, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living. Twenty-four finished projects are on show — a proper gallery and enough to judge the standard of finish by eye before calling anyone. No email address is published, so the phone is the route in; two numbers are listed, one for the Orlando side and one on a Volusia code.
Lake Mary is the licensed base. They publish pages for ten places besides — Clermont, DeLand, Longwood, Mount Dora, Orlando, Oviedo, Windermere, Winter Garden, Lake Mary and Christmas — and those pages read as near-copies of one another rather than as anything written about the individual towns. Treat the list as where they will travel rather than proof of work in each. Two things follow: greater Orlando and Seminole, Lake and Volusia counties are a reasonable range, and a homeowner searching for a pool builder in Mount Dora or Windermere is unlikely to find them that way despite the coverage. Weekday hours run 8am until 5pm, finishing an hour earlier on Friday.
A hundred and twenty-eight people have reviewed them on Google and not one of them marked the company down. That is the standout record on this list, and the reason is the count: unanimous approval across eight reviews means very little, while unanimous approval across a hundred and twenty-eight means a very large number of pool projects finished without a single customer going public unhappy. Nominally that puts them 0.48 above the 4.52 Florida average, though the comparison undersells it — most companies with this many reviews have collected at least a few bad ones. The detail holds up too: eight reviewers name the crew's professionalism, four the workmanship and three the communication, and no complaint theme was raised by even two separate customers. The one honest caveat is the one that applies to any unbroken record — it cannot show you how they behave when a job goes wrong, because on this evidence very few have. Ask anyway.

Yes. Florida certified pool contractor license CPC1457923 is on record in the company's name and shows current, held since August 2009 — seventeen years. The license covers construction; insurance is separate and no public register shows it, so ask for a certificate before anyone digs.
The best here, and the count is what makes it so. All 128 Google reviewers gave top marks — nominally 0.48 above the 4.52 Florida average, though that understates it: most companies with this many reviews have picked up a few poor ones. Eight reviewers name the crew's professionalism, four the workmanship and three the communication, and no complaint theme was raised by even two separate customers.
The license dates from August 2009, so seventeen years, and the domain from May 2001. That is a long, continuous presence in Central Florida. Ask to see a pool they built ten or fifteen years ago — how a finish holds up over that time is the one thing a newer company cannot show you.
