Sharper Image is an Amazing Company. We highly recommend them. We've had our pool almost 3 years. We recently decided to add a handrail and of course called Sharper Image. They were able to take care of it for us and did as always a wonderful job. We would like to acknowledge everyone at the company for all their help. A special acknowledgment to Beth who handles everything to get us set up for our handrail. She is always friendly. We would also like to acknowledge Richard and Will who did the work. They did a fabulous job and were knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Again Sharper Image Pools for going above and beyond. If you're looking for a pool or work to be done this is the place to go. Almost Two years ago this Amazing company installed our pool. Their dedication to their customers is still going strong. Anytime I call to ask a question or a possible warranty issue they are there to help. Some companies forget about you once the job is done, they don't. We're always met with kindness and they are there with the knowledge to help or get the answers. A special Thank you to Beth, Sandy, Chris and Jim along with the whole company. If you are looking to install a pool or spa want to do renovations on a current pool or spa. This is the company to hire. We highly recommend them, Thank you again Sharper Image Pools. There are not enough words to describe how Amazing Sharper Image Pools is. Everyone on their staff from owner to the office to the worker is wonderful, knowledgeable and always ready to help. They design and build a fabulous pool. We have been building our home for over a year and a half. Our builder at the time used every delay you can possibly think of which caused a long delay in getting our pool built because things had to be completed for them to do what they needed to do. They were patient, ready to help us and understand our unique situation. This meant so much since it was an extremely stressful time. Special Thanks to Joe and Beth who always were there to take our calls even though I was having to let them know about some delay. We would highly recommend Sharper Image Pools, Thank you.

Iivd .4 miles from this company Called them to check my pool drain 6 months ago. Came out looked at it minimal effort. I expected to maybe pay a service fee. (Was never mentioned up front) Nope guy left. 6 months later I gat a overdue notice for $125.00??? I called thd office and thats their policy? Called this week Again now i need a complete skimmer replacement ( i know so as Ive grown up with pools and mine is 26 years old and i do most all maintenance myself though this is a job for the big guys, not a Big job but enough im not doing it) Now keep in mind this place is .04 miles from my place. Theyrd gonna charge me another $125 to come out and look at it??????? And when i first called back they misunderstood what i needed Nope Ill pass but I had hoped a local business would havd jumped at the job. I know plenty with inground pools. Wont bother recommending them to anyone thats a promise. Id be paying 250 and they hadnt lifted a finger. I did make the mistake before i found out about the first 125 charge sending a Dr friend their info. Never again.

Sharper Image was a part of our home renovations that included a kitchen and master bath upgrade and new swimming pool. From the planning to the final inspection, they were always only a phone call away. While Helene and Milton altered the timeline, the final result went beyond our expectations. At each phase, each team member explained what was being done, how long it would take, and answered any questions I had during the process. They have returned on multiple occasions to address any issue we've had, from fixing the pool lights (or helping me understand how they work), to replacing pool deck materials that had the slightest imperfection. This is the third pool we've had since moving to the Tampa 30 years ago, and by far the best outcome. Strongly consider them as a front runner if you're considering a pool.

My dying friend really wanted to get into my pool but it was green. I had spent over $300 on chemicals in the prior two weeks with my supplier of ten years. When that failed, I asked if they could get someone out to look at it as my friend was coming to my house from the hospice center to stay with me in his last days. They said it would be ten days before they could respond. After several phone calls, I found Sharper Image. They were very sympathetic to my needs and sent someone out the next day. He discovered that I had a mustard algae that did not respond to typical treatment. Long story shortened, my pool is now clear and my friend was able to get into it three times. I cannot tell you what that meant to him and me. Sharper Image gets my business and recommendations for the future - they proved to me that they have a commitment to customer care. TWO THUMBS UP!
