We had such a great experience with Super Shark Pools, especially Andy! As new pool owners, we had a lot to learn, and Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know, helped us figure out what was causing our problem, and even fixed a leak we didn’t realize we had until he was there. He was calm, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. We’ll definitely be using Super Shark Pools (and Andy!) for all of our future pool needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

It was a huge disappointment. Saw the stellar review and called them on a Wednesday to get a quote. I was told that latest will be Friday but could possibly be Thursday. Friday came around, no updates. Called them the whole morning, from 9 to 12, 3 times, no one picked up the phone. After 1:00, someone finally called and told me no one's available on Friday. No apologies, no solutions, not good...

I can't say enough about Super Shark Pools! I worked with Mark and Andy twice now and the service was exceptional. The original work was a new Pentair control box for the pump and system and the most recent repair just last week was to replace a coupling off the pool filter housing that had cracked and spilled water all over the lanai and pump area. I texted Mark early on Monday morning (broke on Sunday) and the coupling was replaced before noon the same day! I wouldn't expect this kind of responsiveness every time, but boy was that the fastest pool repair ever! I am considering resurfacing the pool as the next big project and they have earned my business and my loyalty. Thanks Mark and Andy for your prompt service and being there when we need you. You guys are awesome!

Super Shark Pools weekly service lacked effort and many no shows with very unreliable service this summer. We complained of Algae weekly leaving notes and messages to help us. Constantly giving them the benefit of the doubt. Telling us it was grass clippings. 😂😂 Then Never showing up after Hurricane Ian and left us hanging for weeks with no contact. I waited on writing this review as we have since hired a new company and we no longer have an Algae issue and the pool is sparkling and we have been 100% happy for the past month. Do yourself a favor and go with another company with more experience and integrity to make it right.

Highly recommend. We talked with Mark about our pool pump problem and then sent him pictures and other data of our pool set up. He analyzed the problem and recommended a solution, which I thought was both appropriate and fair. Andy installed the pump the same day. He was friendly, efficient, and a master of his craft. He quickly took stock of our challenging space problems and engineered a very clever solution. Moreover, he helped us get set up with all this modern technology that allows you to monitor and control your pump from over the phone. I would still be struggling to do that without his help!

We did our pool little over 3 weeks and had Super sharks do pool renovation and patio stone. From engaging with Derek on the sales effort to working with Mark who oversaw and managed the whole effort to Matt who was project manager all were exceptional. Easy to work with and they always kept me first in making sure I was satisfied. The 3 crews that performed all the work were exceptional was so impressed in their craftsmanship and the pride in their work/results. Our pool renovation and out beautiful like a brand new pool!!! Thanks to the whole Super Shark team and their crews!

We’re extremely happy we decided to choose Super Shark for our pool resurfacing and transformation of our lanai with pavers. Justin came and explained what they would do and worked with us to pick out the perfect pavers and tiles which work perfectly with our house . Mark followed up and insured we were all set up with installation, Matt came to oversee the work and Able and his crew worked tirelessly on making sure the pavers were positioned perfectly . They came right on schedule and the job was choreographed to produce a lanai and pool we are proud to show.

We had hired SuperShark pools to resurface our 25 year old swimming pool. The professionalism exhibited by Derek and his team, including Andy, Matt was extraordinary. Mark and Derek were tremendous throughout the decision-making process. Our pool was very old and needed the entire resurfacing. Lots of tedious tasks were involved. There was also rain and unexpected last minute event involving one team member, however Derek resolved the situation gracefully and very efficiently, not impacting the work at all. It was very impressive to see how team members are there for each other in extra ordinary times. Completion of the entire work effectively within given timeframe with superb results without interruption was the best part and worth the cost. This is not just any Pool company… This is Super Shark… To me they are the best in the area. I had got quotes from multiple pool surfacing firms. But we choose Super Sharks because they are the honest, trustworthy, and stand by their words. We are very satisfied with the whole process. Thank you Mark, Derek & the entire team.
