She was prompt for our appointment and stayed in consistent contact throughout the entire process, making sure all the issues we were seeing with our pool were fully addressed and fixed properly. After a very bad start with two hurricanes and personal health issues Big Splash Pools pulled off transforming our yard into a beautiful resort like experience! They where fantastic went above and beyond everything we asked for and everything we wanted done. They even made changes that I asked for during construction. And even after made changes for us with the pumps. The pool is amazing and we love the water features. The grotto was custom made and is absolutely beautiful. I have already recommend them to others and will keep doing so. Communication was great also they also called during the process to keep us up to date. There workers where all amazing and worked extremely hard. 10 out of 10 if I could!!!

We reached out to Big Splash to help us with detecting a leak we had in our pool. They were prompt and professional when they came out. Tentatively diagnosed where they thought the leak was coming from and had us wait a couple days until the water no longer went down. Once it stopped they came back out and fixed the issue right away. We have had zero issues since. The best thing about this was that they gave us more than one option and didn’t scare us into going with the most expensive one. Great company with great ethics. Highly recommend!
