The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
3B’s Custom Concrete did a great job on our patio. They were clear and professional from the start, outlining the scope of work and setting expectations upfront. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything moving smoothly. The finished patio looks clean, well-graded, and exactly what we were hoping for!
I called for an estimate and they came out the next day to measure for a pool patio, it's been over a week and still haven't received an estimate or follow up call. Had to call other companies which gave their estimates same day.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. I needed my pool tile, grout resurfaced as it was old and deteriorating. Not a job that many companies would take on, but Jill and her team were fantastic and got out to me quickly and did a perfect job. Highly recommended.
A+ company. Transparent with all communications. Knowledgeable about every aspect of our project. We had two projects. They completed one and we didn’t hesitate to have them do the next one. I appreciate quality work and the biggest compliment I think I can give is to continue to hire them for my projects! Thank you 3Bs.
3 B's Custom Pools of Flagler Beach: Florida licensed since 2000, 4.8 from 13 Google reviews, working across pools, patios and concrete.
3 B's Custom Pools works out of Flagler Beach and holds Florida contractor license CPC057220, current since October 2000 — twenty-six years. Their customers also refer to them as 3B's Custom Concrete, and that is worth knowing: several of the accounts here are about patios and concrete flatwork rather than pools. Read them as a concrete and pool contractor rather than a pool company alone, and ask specifically about pool experience if that is what you want.
New pool construction, renovation, repairs and outdoor living, alongside patio and concrete work. What the good accounts agree on is the front of the job rather than the finish: being clear and professional from the start, setting out the scope, and setting expectations. One customer describes two separate projects with them. Another calls them transparent in all communications and knowledgeable about every aspect of the work — which, given that the one complaint on this record is about communication, is worth holding both halves of.
Flagler Beach and Flagler County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is nothing documenting how far they travel — confirm your own address by phone. They publish a substantial set of photographs of their own projects, which for a company whose work spans pools and flatwork is the most useful thing they could show you.
Google has them at 4.8 from 13 reviews, above the 4.52 average across Florida's builders. Thirteen reviews across twenty-six years of trading is a thin record, so the average carries less weight than the accounts do — and the accounts are consistent about scope, clarity and knowing the job. There is one middling review and it is specific and worth acting on rather than dismissing: a customer says they called for an estimate, someone came out the next day to measure for a pool patio, and more than a week later no estimate and no follow-up had arrived. Coming out promptly and then going quiet is a recognisable failure mode, and it is the only negative note on this profile. So the practical step is small: when you ask for a quote, agree a date for it and a person to chase. Their site also calls them the number one choice; nothing independent ranks Florida pool builders, and a 4.8 across twenty-six years does not need it.

Both. Customers also call them 3B's Custom Concrete, and several accounts describe patios and flatwork rather than pools. Ask specifically about pool experience if that is what you need.
4.8 from 13 reviews on Google, above the 4.52 Florida average — though thirteen across twenty-six years of trading is thin, so read the accounts. They agree on being clear from the start, outlining the scope and setting expectations. One customer describes two separate projects with them.
One account. A customer called for an estimate, someone came out the next day to measure for a pool patio, and over a week later no estimate and no follow-up had arrived. It is the only negative note here.
Agree a date for the estimate and a person to chase. Coming out promptly and then going quiet is the one failure this record describes.
