We had a great experience with Agua Construction. They built our pool at our home in Cypress Knoll, and it came out beautiful. The crew was professional throughout the entire project, and the attention to detail really showed in the final result. Highly recommend them if you're looking to build a pool in Palm Coast.
Check his reputation with locals and the town or county as well as a google search of the owner before signing a contract with him. His reputation precedes him most of the time. $111,000 and he says these issues "aren't abnormal". Tiles falling off, overhang on pool deck goes from 1.25" to 3.5" and he says that's because of the house placement, wants to use the cheapest materials after charging a premium for the pool. Go elsewhere! They did not follow the shoring plan for the build. House integrity is in question. We owe Dan about $3000 left on the contract but first estimate we got to finish the pool is almost $50,000. UPDATE. Currently having engineers and independent pool construction consultant provide report and findings of the current state of the pool and the lack of shoring plan. Happy to provide to anyone who needs verification before deciding whether to do business with Dan.

We hired Agua to build our boat house and lift. They did an amazing job! The team showed up when promised and worked quickly, and with great craftsmanship. The posts are sturdy and the decking is cut precisely around each post. They even worked on Saturday when they felt they were slightly behind schedule. Nice cleanup afterward too. We highly recommend Chris Rose and his team!
Built my pool everything was on track until I made my final payment I should have waited till it was done. Can not get them to call me back. I have cracks all over my deck and the insulated roof leaks. My pool pump has rust on the bolts. They cut my internet cable TWICE and both times they said I was responsible for having it fixed. Customer service not a strong point. Hope my review helps
