My wife and I had an outstanding experience with A&G Pools. From the very beginning, they were the only company that truly listened to what we wanted and helped bring our vision to life. A&G handled every aspect of the project — from the tear out of our old pool to the construction of our new resort-style pool, screen enclosure, fire pit, and fire bowls. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were second to none. What impressed us most was how meticulous they were throughout the entire process. No detail was overlooked, and the quality of workmanship was impeccable. They took complete ownership of the project and delivered beyond our expectations. If you are looking for the absolute best in pool design and construction, A&G Pools is the only choice. We could not be happier with the final result.

★☆☆☆☆ Google · June 4, 2026

A&G built my pool less than 2 years ago and I was extremely disappointed a few weeks ago when I had to contact them regarding a water leak and to my surprise just to come and visit me I have to pay them $750.00 (not to fix anything just to diagnose the problem) for a pool I paid over 100K, this was very upsetting and needless to say A&G will not receive one more penny from me and i am having to find another company to fix this problem, you might want to reconsider your options

Glad we picked the right pool company! A&G was the best experience; from initial consultation, design, material choices, all the way to completion, they were professional, helpful and kept us informed. The pool was completed in the time period they stated (8-9 weeks from ground breaking to completion) and the quality is top notch.

★☆☆☆☆ Google · March 27, 2026

Very poor experience with A & G Concrete Pools’ service department. The representative was rude and unhelpful, and management did not resolve the issue. I had to contact the plaster company directly, who were professional and fixed the problem. Customer service here needs major improvement.

A&G pools were a 5 star experience from beginning to end. We appreciated the professionalism, and their deep knowledge in their industry. We need to shout out to our Project Manger David who was excellent. He showed up everyday and always answered our questions right away. We had an unusual issue at the end and he did not give up until he figured out the issue. We are enjoying our new pool, and are so thrilled with the outcome. You will not be disappointed.

We had A&G pools install our pool this past year. They started to dig on March 17 and although it wasn’t 100% we were actually in the pool In June on Father’s Day. Every member of their team from Suzie in the office keeping us in loop with scheduling, the men who Dug the pool, the man who installed all the rebar, the gunite crew, Israel and the concrete crew, Luciana who did an excellent job on all of the tile work they were all Awesome. To be 100% honest the main person that kept this job moving and flowing properly and handling any of the obstacles was the project manager, Al Del Negro. He was more than a gentleman. He addressed any concerns that we had and had solutions not just talk. At one point he was actually in the yard with the men with shovel and wheelbarrels working. This man is a true testament of excellent work ethic and I would recommend them to anyone . To this day, if I have any questions or concerns, he always answers my call or text. Could not ask for a better guy and a nicer company.

About A & G Concrete Pools Inc

A & G Concrete Pools of Port St. Lucie: a verified award record, 4.5 on Google from 230 reviews, and what to ask about their service department.

Who they are

A & G Concrete Pools works out of Glades Cut Off Road in Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County. Their Florida contractor license, CPC1457902, was issued in June 2009 and is current — seventeen years of unbroken certification — and the domain has been registered since 2004. What sets them apart on this list is that their awards are real and checkable: their award-winning claim holds up, their Top 50 Builders placing holds up, and the record behind roughly eighty awards is published rather than asserted. Most builders here make a claim of this kind and almost none of them can be checked. They also describe themselves as licensed and insured — the license is real and current, insurance is not verifiable from outside any company, so ask for the certificate.

What they build

New pool construction, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living work. A focused list rather than a catalogue, which from a seventeen-year license holder with eighty awards reads as specialisation. They publish nineteen project photographs. They also start early — from six in the morning on weekdays — which matters more than it sounds on a Florida build, because concrete and plaster work goes better before the afternoon heat. Their service department is a separate proposition from their construction crews, and the reviews below draw that line sharply.

Where they work

Port St. Lucie, with pages for Stuart, Jupiter, Palm City, Sebastian and Vero Beach as well — the Treasure Coast, and all plausibly reachable from their yard. Those pages are near-copies of one another rather than written about each place, so we treat them as marketing rather than as documented reach; the geography at least makes sense, which is more than can be said for some. Read it as St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River counties and confirm your own address by phone. They updated their Vero Beach page earlier this month, so the site is being tended. One caution on contacting them: their site lists several phone numbers and only the 772 line belongs to the Treasure Coast — use that one.

What the record shows

Google has them at 4.5 from 230 reviews, which sits within a rounding error of the 4.52 Florida average — dead on the mark for the builders we hold. Two hundred and thirty reviews is a large sample, so this is a settled account of the firm rather than a good spell: a solidly average performer with an above-average award record, which is an unusual combination and worth understanding. Seven separate customers name their professionalism, and the detailed positive accounts are about builds delivered close to promise — one customer digging in March and swimming in June, another saying they were the only company that actually listened to what was wanted. No complaint theme reaches our floor of two customers naming the same specific thing, so there is no pattern we can assert. But two separate accounts do point at the same part of the business, and it is not the building. Both concern the service department after the build: one customer with a water leak on a pool less than two years old was told they would have to pay a fee simply for someone to come and look at it; another describes a rude and unhelpful representative, management not resolving the matter, and having to go directly to the plaster company themselves. That is the shape to take seriously here — not whether they can build a pool, which 230 customers suggest they can, but what happens when you need them back. Before signing, get the warranty in writing, get it in writing whether a callout under warranty carries a fee, and get a named contact for after handover.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Are the awards real?

Yes, and unusually so for this list. Their award-winning claim holds up, their Top 50 Builders placing holds up, and the record behind roughly eighty awards is published rather than merely asserted. We have not written to each awarding body, so this rests on their own published record — but a firm inventing awards does not usually publish the list.

What do the reviews actually say?

Google has them at 4.5 from 230 reviews — within a rounding error of the 4.52 Florida average, and dependable on a sample that size. Seven customers name their professionalism, and the best accounts describe builds delivered close to the promised timeline. No problem was raised by two or more customers about the same specific thing, so there is no pattern to assert.

Is there anything specific I should ask about?

The service department rather than the build. Two separate accounts describe it going badly: one customer with a leak on a pool under two years old was told they would pay a fee just to have someone look at it, and another describes a rude representative, no resolution from management, and having to deal with the plaster company directly. Ask whether a warranty callout carries a fee, and get a named contact for after handover.

Which number should I call?

The 772 one. Their site lists several numbers and only the 772 line belongs to the Treasure Coast; the others are out-of-state codes that appear to have been picked up from somewhere they should not have been.

Which areas do they cover?

They are in Port St. Lucie and publish pages for Stuart, Jupiter, Palm City, Sebastian and Vero Beach. Those pages are near-copies of each other rather than written about each place, so treat them as marketing — but unlike some on this list the geography is coherent. St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River counties is the sensible reading; confirm your address by phone.
